I like this one more?
Does this make me a female dog? (stupid profanity filter)
hehehe, the advertisements on the left of LM right now have commercials for Jack the Ripper. the DVD, circa 1995
I wish it was your album that I would TRADE! 1 drum machine, my shitty harmony guitar, seriously I don't want it, 2 packs of flavored cigarettes, one ninja turtle figurine, 4 apples, and a F***** partridge in pear tree. ;)
Play 2 now...
Man, this kinda reminded me of the stuff I heard on Roni Size's album New Forms back in 98. Though the vocal stuff is more like what Evol Intent does. Super grooves here mate. Later on!
Play 2 now...
You're right, this does sound better with the bass turned up. Decided that I'd try the first time through without and now I got it goin again. I love the long pronounced soundfont ya used for the main bass on this. In a way it kinda reminds me of the way some old game sounds useta be.
And I'm prolly gonna sound like an outsider or somethin, but is Fidgety an offshoot of House, coz I've never heard of it before. I will agree that this is some good House music though. Parts of it also kinda remind me of some of the stuff by Basement Jaxx. Later on!
This track is my first listen of the day - I picked a good one:)
I do not usually like this much vocal in a track but this works really good and the track has a real good feel to it.
yea pretty nice track, and ur right its all about the vocals in this one !
i like the style, its kinda rave-ish(?)... great groovin song to dance ur ass off to.
Play 2 now...
I'll admit that I pretty much like everything about this track except for the sudden end. Especially with how it sounded like it was gonna keep going. Like have a momentary sudden stop to mark the outro and then bring it back in, partially lessened (maybe without one of the channels, like the bass or something) and then it'd begin to diminish.
This has got alotta energy (like that one part with the voc-sam or chorus ahhs synth paired with the build). Not bad on the length either, but I could see this one being just a tad longer. Thanks for sharing. Later on!
Haha, staying up that long, ya think? That kinda reminds me of an episode of Star Trek:TNG where due to some spatial gravitational anomaly the crew couldn't get to sleep. And the doctor was saying that as they neared the 1 week mark that more and more of the crew would start succumbing to sleep deprivation insanity.
Okies play 2 now...
In a way I can see where this track ties into the description, because I easily am able to imagine someone's heart and mind racing as they lay there with their eyes closed unable to fall asleep. And the voc-sams ya added give it an illusion of all the things probably going on in that person's mind as they try to fall away. Nicely done. Lates!
The one thing that comes to mind.. is perhaps allowing the music "to breathe" a little more?
But then again, I kinda like the onslaught of digital. Translates a strange paradoxical feeling ... organic and completely in-organic.
Also, I have to add, it's a bit like frying on Acid.
Great break btw!
Perhaps a gated crash cymbal on the down beats would make it more of a knee stomper/kneck breaker?
either way
I would give you a bottle of wine, two twinkies (in UN-opened packaging), 4 quarters, and 17 unburnt CD-R's for a disc with some album art.
fer real
:)
LOL, Abe youre a nut!!Throw in some bacon flavored cheese whiz and you got yourself a deal.. Thanks though man. When you say breathe, a paddy type breakdown comes to my mind, and maybe a different arrangement of the sections/riffs.. i dunno man. Any how purple must go on!
Bring on the fidget house!!
Yep im liking this track bud, its a little bit repetitive but you have def got the right type of sounds on the go there, im on the laptop speakers at work so I will get a proper listen in the studio tonight.
not to bad it may be a classic hip hop vibe but them drumzhittingood may need some low chh when the beat stopnear them middle of track try to level main soundz then turn other soundz alittle lower then the drumz 1
ya know this is the very first track ive heard that DOESNT sound like its been made on fl and i h8 fl with a passion as all stuff ive heard created on fl always has a certain sound to them that gives it away so 10/10 great track keep em coming
