Did I ever mention I started out as a drummer? Anyways, really like what you're doing here. Sounds great so far. I'm putting you on my list of people I want to collab with. Hopefully we can do something together before too long.

Keep them coming, my talented friend

Purrr .. lol Sorry my Cello bow got in the way!

This song was all guitars and live drums all up in yer face!

The glitch was all 1/2 by 1/3 by 1/4... So the channels reflected it!

This song is going to be epic!

Freaking beautiful man. I love your cymbal work throughout and those nice muted trumpets sounds. I Like everything really.
Reminds me of ice or as you said, death. Like decomposition lol
Resistance mentioned the City at Night
Thats a pretty good one as well lol.
Great finish, bomb track.

Yep I love this...you upped the levels on the bass right?
Sounds like it to me anyway.

I hear some operatic singing in there somewhere...a shame we can't sample because for some reason Madam Butterfly just came to mind.

Nothing is out of place to my ear...although at the outro I would like to hear one long cymbal hit...err I hope you know what I mean...?

Man, Eshar always does your materials/samples justice and then some, big fan of your drum work man, always so fresh and real, you need to look out a track for me to remix, listening to this track I can tell it was fun, yeah dinosaurs are fascinating, I remember back in the early days of school it was all dinosaurs and space, preferred that to religious studies.

Funky hip hop vibe on a cosmic tip, love it.

wowser. I love Post Rock, those drums have some real passion in them, and those guitar parts are really pretty. I love that bit of delay on the the snares (i guess that is what it is) makes them pan round my speakers and im loving that sonically.

Really amazing. Top marks. Fave!

this is tremendous. That beat is pure Dj shadow/Unkle, hard hitting, fresh and bouncing. Love to hear what people can do with this. Did you do the beats entirely with software? That drum fill when the beat comes back in is sensational.

Arghhh I am so tired right now...which is a pain cos I am enjoying listening and reviewing again...I guess I am just a review addict lol.
Ummm...so I finally managed to download the stems for 'I would catch her' but probably won't be able to do anything with them until I get back tomorrow.

I like this a lot dude...and would definitely like to do something with it...even if it's only giving it an ending lol.

Silky smoooothness.

oh awsome man, what DAW did you use to make this audio-gasm?
alividlife
alividlife replied Unknown
I have used pretty much everything, but ultimately I purchased and only use Ableton 8 and Sony Soundforge 9. (want 10)

But anyway, yea... I am gonna be by sooner than later.. I have this really terrible flu, and all of my senses leave me with this insane razorblade cutting feeling in my head.

Hey thank you man!, I will definitely be by to check out that track you linked me.

I appreciate the vote of confidence.. It's frustrating to me, because the very very first mix sounded impeccable, but as I dove in and started really mixing and remixing, things got cluttered (awesomely cluttered lol)

If you have any questions about anything I would be more than willing to help.

DDAMN. Thats siiick.
I feel like it could be in a movie. Like a bank robbing movie.
When you see the bank robbery about to begin as the 4 robbers are running up to the place with guns. The track starts to play. Yeah.
Im wierd.
alividlife
alividlife replied Unknown
Not weird bro.. that's probably closer to what I was going for.
TENSE, and then just EXPLOSION lol

Yeah, I do that a lot.. Most of my music is generally cinematic, because true songwriting is always about telling a story.

I just don't care about vocals all that much.
(If I did I would probably have a career with this music stuff)

Lovely stuff. Your work on the guitar is as usual amazing, and I especially love that high pitch crystalline synth sound peppered throughout....really ties the song together. Great arrangement and progression as well. Sounds extremely "natural", in that I didn't really even notice it until I heard this a second time.

Yeah I got Florence and the Machine...thanks dude. :)

Oh yeah, Nuada's review made me think about maybe adding my phoenix poem to this track? I'm feeling kind of lazy at the moment though.
