Hey, it was a pleasant surprise seeing one of your tracks show up on the thread I just started! This one is really quite good! I think the drums and melodies sync up very seamlessly. It seems like you achieved your goal in this one. I'm not a big fan of anime or anything, but this stands well on it's own. You spoke about layering to achieve a solid low end. Lately I've been finding that the more layered I do it, the more muddy the low end becomes. I always like a simple centered mono bass, with a good stereo field for the mids and highs... especially in a song without vocals. Either way, it sounds cool! Good to hear one of your tracks!

Really, alividlife? You hate the track? Well, I'm not into anime but I definitely liked the music. Interesting blend of oriental sounds and scales with western foundation, particularly the drum part. Kept me interested for the entire track, with the changes you introduced. Nice work.

Cool man i love anime, japan, and fallout 3! (fallout 3 is fu***in long as hell! still haven't beat it lol) anyways like the vibe of this track, nice synths placed and the chinese or japanese percussion works quite well. although i do not understand the title ttthdjmdmd??? lol that's just me typing geberish, does it stand for something or is that really what it's called? anyways a cool track man, regards and respect

Perhaps I have to eat my words about the only problem I have had with the site player being volume because the moment I pressed play shock crashed lol.

I can't quite put my finger on the right word for the way this track makes me feel, the closest is hyped up I guess or Sunny days.

Very interesting I enjoyed it.

alividlife replied Unknown - 2028 years ago
