Nice job with the piano Koukotsu! Sounds nice without the guitar and just the piano(i just love the piano). You two work well together, look forward to more collabs.

Thanks Wayne,the guitar was slightly off tempo sometimes cause I recorded it first without beat or metronome.Think it sounds nice with Koukotsu's piano.

Give more time for vocal mixing , too much reverb is not good
piano need to be more live... not mechanical & not artificial
drums loop should be mixed carefully also

Koukotsu's joining this site is a splendid thing. She's one of those that really stands out, both in terms of her artistry and in terms of her presence.

This collaboration really validates this for me. I loved your collaboration on "Lizard Breath" and I like this one equally well. Faved.

Clean track this....12 bar's have been around for ages and it's probably one of the hardest things to make one stand out...a cool vocal presence here makes this one special...uncluttered, which lets the voice project strongly...nice one! cheers planet :)

Thank you so much for taking your time to write all these reviews.For me loops are quite a new thing.I spent many years recording my songs on a 4 track recorder.Now,I like to use loops and all these softwares give you so many possibilities but still I love to use real instruments cause every take is unique with little imperfections sometimes,lol.

Another great tune...with a clear and present style..man I wish I could sing..it must be great and very liberating..and this is floating on some cool guitar chugging ..I really dig that percussive metre your playing for rhythm ,it's solid (and bass players and drummers love it!)..cheers planet :)

This track is SO great, that You can sing it with a lot more self-confidence.. You have a nice voice and the song is great, so I would like to hear it with a "I really know what I'm doing here and I HAVE A GREAT VOICE AND I KNOW IT and it's a great song-voice".. Meant in a good way dear.. Nice..

Thnaks so much for the review and the kind words.You're right,the vocals are a bit "shy" on this one.I never really considered myself as a singer until recently.I posted another track called "Lost in Space"today,think the vocals are better.I'm gonna check your tracks right now.

This is my favorite of all your songs. Played it for some of my friends and they really liked it a lot. Reminded them of the Strokes second album.

Thought it was rather good,see your point about the guitar. I think it works and should be there, but it seems slightly out of timing maybe or just off tempo? Either way good track, all the best

Yeah,the guitar is slightly off tempo.The thing is I recorded the song without any beat or metronome cause i just wanted to do a vocals and guitar track.But now,Koukotsu added this wonderful piano and beats so I'm gonna record the guitar again

Nice vocal performance and guitar playing. Definitely more drums in the mix.

Can you mute the hihat in your drum track? I think there would be spots where just the kick and snare could just be playing or just the kick might sound good like in the "Cuz I'm a lier" part.

Just a suggestion.

The beat is just temporary,it's supposed to stay only for the intro and verse.I thought of finding another for the chorus and bridge.I'm not sure you can(at least I can't,lol)mute the hi hat which sounds like a great idea.I'll see what I can do.By the way,I thought you might be interested in adding some bass to my song called "Lost in Space".Let me know
