Nice job on this guys I think this works really well - you should collaborate more. I agree with Wayne that the harmonies are really nice - good stuff.
Yep, you are talented, no question. I have only listened to a couple of your tracks and I can already get a sense that you have a certain consistant signature to your music. Keep up the great work.
Nice vocal performance and guitar playing. Definitely more drums in the mix.
Can you mute the hihat in your drum track? I think there would be spots where just the kick and snare could just be playing or just the kick might sound good like in the "Cuz I'm a lier" part.
Thanks Wayne
The beat is just temporary,it's supposed to stay only for the intro and verse.I thought of finding another for the chorus and bridge.I'm not sure you can(at least I can't,lol)mute the hi hat which sounds like a great idea.I'll see what I can do.By the way,I thought you might be interested in adding some bass to my song called "Lost in Space".Let me know

Came across this track in feature section, thought I would check it out, very nice, great use of the guitar, and very nice vocals man, not that depressing at all, just has feeling in the track, that is what we aim to do, when making tracks, good work...
another great track from you man, i would love to remix this , the guitar sounds awesome...let me know if i can take a try at it sometime..digging the Nile Rodgers guitar feels..he had a amazing solo record in the mid 80's...thanks again for a another intoxicating track
Thanks for the nice review man.Of course I'd love to hear your mix,you can download it and do whatever you want with it.Let me know when you post it.Rick Mal added lyrics and vocals on this one:it's called "Give ur hifi's a better life"if you wanna listen.Thought it might be nice to collab together someday

i'm beginning to like your style(s) more and more mon frere, you not afraid to show where you're coming from, this almost has a Tom Verlaine/Television type of vibe if you know who i mean I think and a little like Iggy Pop's more introspective ballads..anyways, might have said too much already! great feel, performance and SONG!..peace from the nyC
yea i like the track...rock it...take a look at some of my originals...i play all the instruments youll hear...guit etc...
and a new collab...
I put my vocals to a track that DADONDUKE made..love his tracks..so i decided to sing a Rod Stewart song and added other lyrics pump it up....etc...hope ya dig it...Peace Dvibe... ill be doin a snow patrol song soon with someones beat out there..so check back in once in a while
This does have a bit of that New Wave flavor - I think where it works best is how your vocals weave it all together. Love the effects you've processed your voice through. Very, very cool track!
sweet as man, i would love to kick back with a beer and listen to this in a nice pub or something, sounds of plates waitered round and beer glasses clinked, perfect, i really like it bro.

Hi FK, I love songwriters who write good songs with catchy melodies that stick in your head. You have both in this offering. Great track! I found myself singing along in the second chorus, which means I'm hooked. Good clear production means all can be heard, and the mix sits pretty. I like the harmonies, again something which is very effective in getting my attention.
10/10 from me on this one...
It's cool to hear a good female vocalist on one of your tracks, it works so well. Yet another well done track by you! I really like the guitar work on this one, very old school. Nice one!
frenchkid, this was like taking a rocket ride back to my past man, i played alot of melodic rock on the guitar like this in another lifetime, Aliya's voice reminds me of the vocalist from the Waitresses dude, u might remember them I think, but Aliya's voice is stronger and not novelty-like..if that makes any sense lol..really appreciate you doing this collab..keep the guitars rockin' always, merci mon ami, carpe diem

Thanks a lot for this very kind review, man.Glad it brought you some memories back.I love Aliya's voice too,so laid back, true and powerful at the same time

This is such an inspiring piece, as is all of your work! I really like the lyrics, and of course your sang it very well. I like the guitar solos on this quite a bit. Nice one!
I must say... Sometimes a songs flaws are what can make a song. I think of some of them as a songs face, not everything has to be absolute. But yes I really enjoyed this song and I am going to listen to your other tracks now! :)
