Description : This was a wonderful collab which I had originally posted a few months ago as an instrumental with the need of of vocal and lyrics. The talented Mack Sanders came through with a pure emotional raw blues tune written from the heart called "Woman's Touch". As the sweet icing on the top of this cake I invited the great Slap Johnson do some superb sax solo work and call and answer sax with the vocals to polish the song to a shine. Thanks so much for the collab fellas. So very much appreciated and an honor to play with such gentlemen like yourselves. Professionals at their finest !

I was not comfortable that the whole story had been told, so a little manipulation of the music, and addition of a verse brings this a little more complete in my mind. You may or may not agree. Well, after some feedback, I tried to fix it and finally I just gave up and decided that I would just eq and level adjust the raw files, without any distortion, and submit it, why fix something that ain't broke? I know some people had an issue with the bass line but I think they clash, and mesh enough to make the sound unique. Enjoy!

Description : The backing track for this was DanielGtrman's "Dat Old Rhythm & Blues" which fit so well with some lyrics I wrote up a while back. After some minor tweaking of the lyrics, I recorded with Pro Tools LE, MBox2 Mini, and a B.L.U.E. Bluebird Mic. This is the 2nd take, with minimal editing.

Description : Wrote this one while driving to work a couple years ago. My first "software" recording. Just my old Ibanez Roadstar and sm58 plugged straight into my laptop so the levels are high w/ a bit of dist. All guitar and vocals are myself, bass done by a friend Dave Holden. Mixed with Guitar Tracks, smart loops drum loops, (no affects) Found if i doubled the guitar tracks and slightly offset, got this realy cool kinda honky Marshall sound.
Any Blues harp players out there, feel free to spice it up!
