Description : After a week at sea I had to grab my guitar again. Trying to wrap my head around the whole double-lead-thing. Tough to get it sound the way I want it too. Been trying to master and mix this, but I dont seem to get to certain spots.. Ahwell. Its not that bad in quality I hope. It was the best I could manage.
Software is Gearbox, Reaper and Addictive Drums. Hardware is a Jackson RR5 along with a Line 6 Pod X3.

I like the changes, I find the secret to double leads(sometimes i have 4 - 8 going at once)is in the panning and volume of each track.
Its something i think you'll learn as you go, its fun trying out different things and looks like you're doing great!
You are right though, the secret lies within the panning and volume in each track. And getting the right frequency for both all guitars.. (Equalizing is a b*tch..! :p)

I wasnt really just playing around - and its pretty much an arranged song :) Thanks for the awesome words though, and is there such a thing as phrygian (?) scales? Haha, I wouldnt know.. Cant play a single scale.. :p
