I was going to ask you; as well as producing music I practise a sport which you may know called parkour, I practise this with a friend and for the parkour videos I often come on to looperman to find some loops for the music to put with them; would it be OK to use this track for a video? I'll put it on youtube & send you the link if it's Ok.

laser replied 4th Feb 2012 - 14 years ago

Of course. Please do. If you use titling throw a credit on there, if not use it anyway. Cheers

Thank you so much for the review. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and made it past the dramatic pause I threw in there. Thanks again

Well done, this piece had my attention from the very beginning. The pace is laid back yet the sounds are powerful which makes for an interesting track -DF

Thank you for the review, glad you enjoyed as well.

This would really make a film, probably an action, police film,
Really makes me think of someone running away, the immediate scene that came in my head was happenning on a beach because at the start you can hear what sounds like waves also at the end I heard a sort of whistling which sounded a bit like coastal breeze, the piano also seems to give it a sad sort of feeling, and the pads make it feel like there's a kind of mystery behind it, a real favourite track this and if you ever make a film or a video with this pleas send me a copy...

laser replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanks for the review James. It's funny, I live close to the beach and had envisioned your description almost to a tee...lol. Thanks again for the kind words..

This is a great track Laser. I think the title represents the feel of the track perfectly, as I can picture someone running after / away from something.

Nicely arranged and produced. Really enjoyed it, faved. Good work.

laser replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Glad you liked it. I envisioned it the same way, hence the title.

Peace

Nice work. Mixing is good, good melodies, all around good track.

TCAS 5th Apr 2011 19:10 - 15 years ago

WOW, I can see some film here!

I like the speed in the track... sounds as a chase scene to me!

Faved it!

laser replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanks TCAS, and thanks for the fave. A chase scene would be cool.

Thanks again,

this is pretty gud,and diferent - love the cinematic mood

JWilson 18th Feb 2011 18:15 - 15 years ago

Wow, now this is fantastic. The hard hitting drums in contrast with the subtle piano and pads sound great. I think probably a little too much eq or something else that makes it have a little static when coming through the stereo. Other than that this is great.

Description : I'm gonna file this under Drum and Bass due to the beats I used. Though it's probably not DnB in the strictest sense of the word, as it starts off with a Cinematic vibe till the beats kick in (apologies for that, as I don't have a vast knowledge of DnB!). Apart from the beats and a couple of other loops, all synth/bass parts are played by me using ThornCM, Poly Max and Z3ta+ vst's. Let me know what you think? All feedback is always appreciated. Thanks.

Description : Technology is a great thing. But I'm glad to know that if it ever fails ... or simply isn't there ... I can always play my guitar or drums, or just sing. In any case, the power didn't go out during this production ... so it's electric. And eclectic.
