Description : Ok, I have only made one Techno track ever, I thought I would try to do Trance. I think this applies. I don't know how many hours I worked on this but it took me a long time, and I still wanted to do more but then my song would have been to big to upload. I used about 50 different sounds on this one, I just could stop, anyways I think it came out nice especially being my first Trance track. Reviews are appreciated Please.

I'm listening to this as I type and am loving it. Beautiful first try at trance. Sounds like you had tons of fun making it. I'm really surprised you haven't made more of this type of music. Perhaps even adding some of these elements into the R&B stuff you make might be interesting. I love mixing different music cultures together to see what grows from it. Keep up the Awesomeness.

WOW!! This track sounds really professional. Very nicely done! It is very evident that you put a lot of hours into it! Good stuff...

Lovely chord progression, sweeps, bass line, melody everything :)

SpyderX 30th Dec 2010 21:26 - 15 years ago

I have to admit first off that I'm mainly a Metal and Hard Jazz fan, but one of my best buddies DJ's at one of the biggest clubs here in the St Louis area, so I do get exposed to quite a bit of the various genres of club music. Generally I find club music to be somewhat repetitive and boring, but this track really kept my interest. You used lots of different sounds and textures which kept the track fresh throughout. Very nice work indeed. Faved and DL'd. You go, girl...

Peace and love,

Spyder

This is EXCELLENT!!!! WOW!!! So smooth!! Dreamy! Airy! Trancy! Make another one!! Good instrument/sound mix throughout! How long exactly did this take as rough estimate? And all in one day

Becca replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Ah thx so much , I worked on this for 2 days so not too long. I probably put 8 to 10 hours into it total. Once I start a beat I will sit there until I have all my sounds together or I complete the whole thing lol. I want to do another trance one, so if u wanna collab that would be cool

Niiiiice atmosphere! Really takes you over, great SFX, it jumps into something different than I expected though haha, but when that piano comes in Im realizing Im at home with it.(comfortable) Those synths are very powerful. Really full, it switches around nicely, like tha second distraught mel followed by the third, this sounds almost like a mix lol. So much going on, never a dull moment here haha. gahhh your breaks are very nice. Damn this thing MOVES, its like telling me "na na na, you cant stay here any more, we're leaving to the next idea NOW" haha.
Love it, its different and grabs you.

Becca replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

thx so much, u r showing me lots of love tonight wow!! This was my first attempt at trance, i couldnt stop on this. it was just lots of fun to make and changing it up was a blast. Yo I really appreciate all the reviews..

Diskonnect 15th Nov 2010 12:52 - 15 years ago

Cool track! Really well done, is that you singing at the beginning? Lots of stuff happening here to keep the listener interested. I really like the bit at about 2:07 when the acid synth comes it too, cant beat a bit of azzidd! lol

Great track, faved.

Becca replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thx so much. No that's not me singing. I wish I could lol, I appreciate the review

G'day Becca

Thought I would check out your first attempt at trance, have to say I am impressed, as you know trance is what I do mostly, it is a nice trance piece with a little techno thrown in lol, I have most of the same samples that you have used :-), some I have used in my own tunes, great transitions and the production is first class, like I said a very good attempt at this genre, one of my fav genre's..adding this one to fav's Becca, well done...Peace n Respect, as I said before a lass with heaps of talent...Estefano...

Becca replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thx ELSD . I really enjoy making techno, trance, I guess there is a lil techno sound in here, but I don't really know the difference. Wiki tell me that Trance builds up throughout the song and is suppose to put u in a altered state of consciousness, and that they think it comes from Klaus Schulze. LOL i luv Google. Anyways Im glad u enjoyed this and thanx for the review

SJsanjok 7th Nov 2010 22:31 - 15 years ago

DJSpenno 7th Nov 2010 21:56 - 15 years ago

Awesome trance track to be fair! The plucking sounds in the middle remind a slight bit of Darren Styles though, but I love how the track is never in one place its moving about and stomping!

Becca replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thx alot. I don't really know who he his. But I am glad u enjoyed the track

KIESERSAUCER 7th Nov 2010 19:52 - 15 years ago

I can dig it!! So much ear candy lol!! Maybe I should try making a trance track I never done that b4!

Becca replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Hey thx alot, I wanted to attempt something totally different than what I usually do. Oh and I will send you something soon for our collab. I have a couple sounds I been workin on.

Salook 7th Nov 2010 18:07 - 15 years ago

Hey Becca, I have been trying the same, break into other genres, well try them out anyway..ain't to big on trance ...but this I dig...got an early acid vibe going down...yeah acid trance!! great job, lots happening and interesting to listen to, good experimenting!!

Becca replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thx alot, I tried to use lots of sounds to keep it going. I really appreciate the review

Salkizar 7th Nov 2010 12:02 - 15 years ago

really really good 1st tranceer!! I would personally have liked the intro flow into the main beat with the same progression but thats just me. More vocal would be great too. But as far as getting the "trance sound" you have done that..apart from the wee techno bit at 2:14. But hey trance is a difficult genre so just keep doin this style and i reckon you could be great at it!

Becca replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thx so much for the review, I really appreciate it.

Spivkurl 7th Nov 2010 01:46 - 15 years ago

This is definitely an epic track! The pads really stand out! All the synth work is so nice! Really cool bass line once it gets going! The mixing is spectacular! Thanks for the heads up on your new track! Faved for sure!

Becca replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thx so much. I just wanted to try something different . I really appreciate the review.

ResistanceIsFutile 6th Nov 2010 23:17 - 15 years ago

Pretty impressive for a first attempt at a genre. I really liked the intro and it's good that you've got plenty of changes to keep the track interesting.

This track I finished today ( mixing and mastering ).
Kinda dark electronic and atmospheric track.
Vocals and lyrics by Alaa Ezzeddine ( the acapella from LM ). If you're claustrophobic, don't listen to this one :) :) :)
