This is disturbingly original! I love the lead guitar, it really makes this track flow! Nice use of the vocals too! Unusual drums, but they work really good for this one! Great work!

SpyderX replied 22nd Jan 2012 - 14 years ago

Thank you very much for the listen and review, Spivkurl. I sincerely appreciate it, bro.

Daaaammmmmnnnnn!!!! I needed something to get me off my azz tonight and I'm glad I dropped by.....better than coffee.

This is really good, exceptional work. Production is tight, tight, tight. Guitar work is spot on.

Man, you have skills. Faved for sure :)

haha awesome, seems like Eshar is a celeb on looperman lol but as far as the track goes, very rich sounding, probably could have ended differently but very nice track, great job!

theHumps 30th Dec 2010 22:51 - 15 years ago

Dang man, this totally rocks!! Nicely put together and evenly mixed, great job SpyderX!!

Good job dude! I like the breakstyle of the beat and the guitar worked out very well and has a nice sound to it. no fuzziness. good job. nice sampling as well. keep it up!

SpyderX replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Yeah, I try to mix genres now and then just to see how they sound together. Glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks for the listen and review.

Wicked SpyderX! I love the subtle dialog too (like the Hellraiser clip). This sounds like the kind of song that should be on a strange, alternative, sci-fi action movie.

SpyderX replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanks for the listen and review, Ray ~ I appreciate it.

Yeah, you caught me, bro. I was watching the Resident Evil movies when I started this one. I guess the influence shows, huh?

Dude, I just went to your website and checked out your artwork and videos. I am sincerely impressed, brother. You have some awesome stuff on there. Quite a talented young man, I would say.

Mike

Great track mate the guitar rocks lovin this

SpyderX replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thank you very much, my friend. I worked on the geetarz quite a while to get 'em just right (in MY mind anyway), but the track really came together when I added Elaine's vocals. Thanx greatly for taking the time to listen and review. I'll be returning the favor...

Peace,

Mike

Drakarta 28th Mar 2010 19:24 - 16 years ago

Real awesome track, man. Everything just works perfectly together in this, I'm especially digging those guitar riffs, very heavy.

SpyderX replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Why, thank you, Drakarta. I appreciate the listen and review. I actually spent about a week trying to get the guitars right. They still didn't turn out exactly like I wanted, but I'm fairly satisfied with 'em.

PikeNinja 24th Mar 2010 13:50 - 16 years ago

this is incredible i love the drum work . the sound clips are cool industrial sounding, you got some sick stuff going on with the guitar

SpyderX replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thank you very much, PikeNinja. Most of my tracks are actually created around the percussion. I just mess around with a drum kit until I find a rhythm I really like, then I try to flesh it out with guitars, synths, vox, fx, etc.

BadKonexion 23rd Mar 2010 12:36 - 16 years ago

Good work on this track, I like your style and I hope you will post more tracks. There is lots of energy to this track, interesting beat. I'm disappointed I didn't get to hear the original so I could compare, I meant to but my connection was running too slow to listen to anything. Suppose it doesn't matter if this one is better.

SpyderX replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thank you for the listen. As for style, I've been trying to meld different genres into one another to create more unique sounds than what people are used to hearing.
