Asian Dance - Koble
12th Feb 2010 18:22 - 16 years ago
Description : This track is strongly influenced by Koukotsu whose melodies seem to keep going through my head. It's not my typical style and so I don't really know if it's any good. The melodies keep repeating in my thoughts so I thought I'd share it. The loops are from the usual excellent loop artists including DJ4Real, Loopeytunes, Sterixx and a nice bell loop from DJ_Green. Sorry Loopey. I'm sure you didn't intend for your Trance loop to be used this way...:P
As always I'm interested in your opinions and feedback.
P.S. Remastered with my new plugin. Much more presence and punch.

Description : I wrote this demo not a long ago. It's a Hungarian pop-punk / pop-rock song, I really like my vocals and just finished writing it. Some feedback would be helpful, especially on the vocals and how the demo mix sounds.

Description : Okay, this one is just a straight up song. Can rap on it, but basically wasn't made for that purpose. lol
Anyway, had to take a day off Saturday, so apologies with not coming out with anything. As a way of helping you all make piece with that, you can download this track as consolation and play it in the background of Sonic Riders or some Sonic game.

Description : Some years since I uploaded here. My music has significantly changed since I started. This particular tune started as a mess around. I was wondering if one can make a cool tune using a harp a a xylophone. You tell me what you think?

I wish I could talk Koukotsu back onto the site. She is so talented and inspires me a lot.
I think she would appreciate your support.
Thanks again and cheers,

Koukotsu is awesome, she is actually one of my heros! Giggle. When I saw the title, Asian Dance, I totally HAD to click on it. Why you ask, ummmm, I really dig Asian stuff. I read manga, love anime, today I even got an anime hair cut! I love love love love it!

Mate you are brilliant at whatever you decide to do, man you have so much talent, know wonder I admire what you do, I think going by the feel of this track, that Koukotsu was right there with you doing this piece even if not in the same room or town, yes does have her feel on this piece also, nice beat, very good synths friend, again arranged and mix to your very high standard, excellent work Koble, Fav'd for sure...Peace...Estefano....
So the instrumental is ok .. the only problem that i have is with that instrument that come in min 0:40 is very old sound , i would say early 90's
In rest the beat is cool same as the baseline and the mastering :)
Try to look for more fashionable sounds , are you using samples normally ? if yes i can recommend for you some good samples company
Being a great fan of Koukotsu myself,I can feel her shadow over this track, lol.Your arrangements are great, real pro mixing as well.I like the atmosphere in your tracks in general and your variety.Think it's great how we(looperman members) influence each other.I recently made a track called "Paper Crush" which sounds like Spivkurl.
Cheers
