Description : Made this in Live. Drums from drum rack mixed individually kick snare hi-hat.
froze a reverb from the snare and gated it for ambiance in the drum track.
Used e.q. multi band compression and multi band stereo to spread the hi end.
chorus on the hi hat. Played the the e.p. riff, bass and vox pad from motif. Added
vinyl crackle and boosted air to fill out the sound. Mixed in headphones because
my girl was asleep. I think the low end needs to be tweeked.
This track has a 4 bar bridge after the voice pad sound. Or you could rap over thee
e.p. riff and use the last 4 bars with no bass as a bridge.

Description : Something i did when i was about 15, and when i still made beats. This particular track is actually the reason i decided to get into composing at all. I had a good run with the beats and hip-hop scene, but i always had a leaning more towards composing and this, i think, is the catalyst for that revelation. This beat is 9 years old, and gives you a sense of what it was like to be a young, passionate, musically driven teen. Thank you.
