Description : Full live 6 piece band recorded in the studio, Fiona Wood on the vocals. It took a long time to get all the levels right, but I hope you agree the result is pretty dynamic, this is take two.

Man..I was wondering how your old tunes stacked up against your recent stuff..how in the hell did I ever miss this track!..Bloody hell, this is great stuff Steve..you had it then, you've got it now...the only thing I'd say is lately your showing more bias towards your true calling which is Jazz...you play with confidence and style and never disappoint....fantastic singing I might add by Fiona....love it..cheers Dave :)

ABSOLUTELY PIMP. The mix sounds great. Musicians are all smooth. Reminds me slightly of some old Quincy Jones like funky blues. You don't state what you play on this track but since everyone sounds great, there's no complaint here. Fiona might have won my heart for this track because I love the female voice. I'm not sure who's behind the mix of this track but that also deserves a thumbs up. The snare is crisp, cymbals are perfect (I wish I could do that), vocals are clear on even the most smoky tones. You guys get my respect. This is an amazing track and I'll definitely recommend it to all fans of the blues and funk.

By the way, it's obvious that you're a professional musician by day and night. Keep 'em comin', Bro.

Description : Of all the classic Monster tales the Wolfman is definitely one of the saddest. Cursed, and destined to live as both man and monster. During the day he sits alone with his guitar, a prisoner of lonely existence, crying his heart out through his music. Then at night, the beast emerges, and in the dark under a full moon, he cry's as he rips the hearts out of his victims! Such is the life of a cursed bluesman!

Description : This is a tune dedicated to my friend, Nancy, who followed me to the clubs I played at for years, and is still following me with my studio work. Why do I dedicate this to her? Onnacounta cause she's soooooo naughty! She never liked violins, but loved her sax! Here's to you, Nancy. Anyway, this is a little blues track with some nice guitar and sex...oh, sorry, I mean sax.

Enjoy and download away.

Description : I've been recording/playing alot of downtempo clean tone stuff so thought it's about time for something a bit more upbeat. Played on my 3 string fretless Lone Rider homemade guitar with a wine bottle neck slide By J. Ross Guitars, Boneshaker 2 string cigar box bass, addictive drums. Description : Been away for a while. I am doing something I usually don't do with this one. Here is a blues track I put together in a day. It features everything being done by me, with improvised solos for each instrument. This was done using Fl Studio 12 and my Korg M50 keyboard. I plan on adding lyrics to it down the road and having everything much cleaner. Anyhow, enjoy!

Description : Cosmic Eastern chillout atmospheric shuffle blues with loads of bluesy/Eastern electric guitar playing and warm sub bass (the same synth patch I've used in about 20 tracks). No drum loops and just two programmed acoustic kits - probably the simplest drum setup I've ever used. One day I hope to make a track containing only one drum kit. Also: a few female vocal samples (including a heavily timestretched one), one section of bass guitar, a few sample-based string instruments, a few notes of organ and two synth pad instruments. So, quite a minimal instrument lineup for me. It goes uptempo around 4:31 into a grooving, stomping bit of shuffle blues and I wonder if I should have brought this section back at the end for a triumphant finale. But I'm trying hard these days not to make things too long and this is already a decent length. Also contains some darker, Eastern sections but nothing too dark. Have a listen and leave me some interesting feedback - the more detail, the better.

Description : Simple blues, rough mix. Composed with my friend Costa Zbinden. We will appreciate if someone would add some vocals! Sirup: guitars. Costa Zbinden: guitars and keys. Alex Richard: bass. Claude Barbotte: Hammond. With my own drum loop (here on Looperman, genre blues).
