Description : I've had this done for a while, I was pretty much just contemplating weather or not to start all over from scratch and provide a different overall sounding track aound the slick acapella from PRETTYBOYBEATS - 'Story of A Champion' but I figured what the heck, its a different approach, especially for me, but it works I guess, so Im happy. It has a chilled sound like its about a life story or maybe something you'd hear at the beginning of a movie, I dont know. Let me know what ya'll think. J DOT ~ 200

Yeah the pella was structured poorly on prettyboys behalf. You should check out my version. I got it posted. I think I nailed it!

Yo this beat is sick! Id like to get this one too! Beat is awesome dont know if I like how the pella matched up but again the beat is great!

Thanks Coney, you can definitely get this as well, for real. I soo agree with the pella really not fitting, its kinda off beat but I thats what I tried to do - its a hard one to master out of most of the pellas up on here. The beat was definitely my favorite and I shoulda just posted the beat but oh well, you live and learn right ?

JDOT, the music is incredible, and I like the pella (considering trying to do something with it myself) but it feels like you tried to force this one. BK1 is right - the vocals are off beat from the music. Could be the pella is off beat itself, I haven't listened to it really carefully yet.

Take the instrumental and use it for something more worthy!

Thanks for the review, appreciate it. This track wasn't one of my better ones, ya know, with using acapellas provided from this site. I just couldn't find the right vocals to fit so maybe I should of just posted the beat instead or made a completely different track which Im gonna do but with different vocs.

Thanks for the review, appreciate it ... I know it wasn't perfect thats whay I was thinking about reworking a whole new sound for the acapella but you live and learn - still I think its worthy of the vocals to say the least. J DOT ~ 2006

I like the music. I did not dig the rap. Did you listen to it. It is off. I would like it better if it had been an instrumental. I have some songs like that take a listen.

Thanks for the review and yes, I did listen to it, obviously, but thats besides the point. Its a hit or miss track, some people will dig it and some wont, makes no difference to me and it was an instrumental first but I feel ya. Im currently reworking a new sound for this acapella at the moment. J DOT ~ 2006.
