Gave this a few full listens, all the way through. The patient opening is what got me: a music-box melody behind a low-pass for over a minute while the hats tick in and the sub swells underneath. Most drum and bass rushes that part. You let it earn the drop, and when the breakbeat lands it hits harder because of the wait.

That plucked melody is the spine. It keeps returning after the filter opens, still clear over the rolling sub and the stuttering vocal chop. The full section holds its energy to the last second.

One honest note: the ending. Everything is at full force and then it stops, hard cut, no tail. After an intro that patient, the door slams. If this is meant to stand alone, mirror the intro at the end: pull back to the bare pluck for a few bars, or let the final beat ring out on a reverb tail.

Lovely work. The hard part was worth it.
