Ethnic Trance Project 2 - Jwlickliter

Name: Ethnic Trance Project 2
Duration: 309 s
Channel: Jwlickliter
Description: I deleted the other file. It was just my sound selection and basic mix. This is pretty much what I got built so far. I'm thinking this is good but maybe more effects and snare rolls and drum fills. I don't think a build up is nesasary in here.

Hi Jwlickliter. Nice one! I did hear the first one, cool! Both!

Jwlickliter replied 1st Aug 2026 - 2 months ago

Thanks a lot man. Just taking you guys on my music creation journey on this one. I won't always do this and I have to delete the old files. I don't want to litter up looperman with project files and I only get so much space anyway.

I should be done soon, started a new job so I'm busy busy like everyone else now!

A really good mix and I love that Egyptian flourish and thunderclap at the end

Jwlickliter replied 31st Jul 2026 - 2 months ago

Thanks. I came up with "Jungle Storm" for the name. Also thanks again for suggesting liquid love with Madonna that did help out.

This is packed with exotic flavours. The groove is infectious!

Jwlickliter replied 31st Jul 2026 - 2 months ago

Hey thanks man. I been enjoying your music as well.

As a snare roll connoisseur, I cant argue with more snare roll. That being said, im also the snare roll equivalent of the Cow Bell guy from that SNL skit about Blue Oyster Cult lol. Listen to me too much and youll just have one long snare roll lol. In all seriousness tho, its fine as is. I dont hear trance done very often, PaulCreaney1 does some.

Great track, loving it. I don't think it needs much more, but I only listened on my tablet, need to grab my headset and listen again ;)

Jwlickliter replied 30th Jul 2026 - 2 months ago

Well I'm running out of effects so I may play with the PC version on this.

I feel the drums may need some fills instead of looping but it is trance so I may decide to keep it consistent.

crucethus 30th Jul 2026 03:37 - 2 months ago

Fantastic, even with some acid vibes, fav'd

Jwlickliter replied 30th Jul 2026 - 2 months ago

Yeah your right. It is acid, it just sounded cool so I picked it. It didn't even dawn on me it was acid until you said something. Lmfao!!

So obvious, I was really absorbed in just trying to make this as best as I could.

Started on something house like but it became a bit weird during sound creation, well it's the time of the year ;)
