Description : Now what we have here is a stark departure from my usual. As you listen, please check me on the genre and share what you think should be added. Thanks for sharing your ideas and thoughts. Enjoy.

Yahwelle, merci beaucoup d'être passé pour cette écoute et de partager vos réflexions sur ce que vous avez entendu. De temps en temps, je sors de la boîte à musique et j’ose faire quelque chose de différent. Tant que je le ressens LOL ! Paix.
UE the freedom of diversity is liberating. In this business we can go in any direction and sometimes go off into uncharted territory LOL! Thanks for listening. The support is highly valued. Peace.
BONEZ! It's a good thing when you stop through. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this one. The fave is in the Grammys zone. Take it easy and stay safe.
This has some true old school R&B vibes great job kingmt77!
I can hear a fusion of Jazz, R&B, Soul, Hip Hop. I guess i would call this acid Jazz or Jazz fusion. Again great vibes man!
Jonathan
Hey Jonathan. Its great you stopped by. I look at the Loop like a listening room. With every genre known to man. We're fortunate to have a diverse and talented group of people. With this one I was feeling a lot of things and that translated. Thank you for that feedback and your kind compliments. I'm still in a quandary on the direction but I'll figure it out. Be safe. Peace.
Yeah - its way more chilled than usual but it's gorgeous and still has all the same lovely jazz elements - Im struggling for the metaphors to describe where it takes me but its kind of romantic and intimate sounding it pours out slowly like a lovely honey (sorry that probably makes no sense) - very classy with beautiful playing and production sound
What's good Ian? The stop, compliments, fave, and feedback is treasured in a huge way. Don't worry about the struggle, I didn't know how to categorize this. I'm going with your expert description that hits pretty much every emotion we could extract, right? Lol. Have a great and safe weekend, my friend.
nice track Mark, way, way, way out of your usual district with this bro, calming and charming, lovely melody and a great bass, its got groove with that laid back edge but you show snippets of your jazzy style in places with certain solos here great production and mix as i would expect but the style change is impressive left me chilled mate
Hey Paul! I appreciate the stop through. Thanks for your feedback, compliments and fave. Now I'm convinced this switch up didn't throw you, lol. But you know me...... It's back to that jazz business. But I'm also feeling another something different coming too. Anyway It's good you got to chill and that was my goal. Take it easy and have a safe and chill. weekend my friend.
Critical90s thank you for stopping by. It's amazing how music can take you way back. Your kind comments are received graciously. Be safe and have a great weekend.
hobertni, greetings. Thanks for sharing how this one came across. Originally I had a love-hate thing going on when I was writing and arranging this one, but that melody tho, with that synth bass wouldn't let me rest lol. I would wake up in the morning with those melodies playing on my mental tape recorder. It's a relief to have worked it to this stage, and I'll keep at it till its 1 and done. The compliments are greatly appreciated. Have a great weekend and stay safe.
Hello Mark. Well what can I say. In Germany there was a title that was called "completely detached". What I want to say is that I feel you have superficially detached yourself from your previous work that I know of. But if you listen to this song a little more intensively and let these groovy bass and drums stand on their own, then you can very quickly hear your good old jazzy style in the other instruments. Considered individually, you have managed a balancing act to produce a jazz-oriented, groovy song with a chilled basis. And as always in a wonderful quality. As I know you, you will still adjust one or the other. But excellent work even at this early stage. kind regards Manuela
Manuela. It's good hearing from you. Thanks for chiming in and bringing your highly regarded perspective and kind comments. You know when you have jazz burning in your bones, there's absolutely no way to hide it LOL:).
As I shared with JYNXZ, this track is kinda a side excursion from another jazz fusion track I'm working on. And it's taxing, lol! Also, you are right, I'll make a few adjustments here and there............. Then it's back to the jazz business! Now go and have a safe, fun and excellent weekend. Till the next round.
dubjoka. Thank you for stopping by. Man, it's a good to know that you heard just where I was coming from. Your compliments are received humbly. Take it easy and have an awesome weekend.
another excellent track very groovy, full of feeling! friends of LM like Jynxz and others are much more capable than me to give you an opinion on your track, once again, for me a perfect job! great track Mark!
Michael
Michael. When the track is good for you, it's a great thing with me. Thanks for the kind feedback, and for letting me know the switch up wasn't a disaster. Be safe and have a good weekend.
Please tell me thats not you
on that Growling Bass:-)
I am scared to as about that Synth
(I guess I kinda already did).
This is definately I departure from
your usual style. I was afraid you would
burst into flames but, you put out a track
with more air.The kind of track that has a calming
feel to it. I like it!
Rob! Thank you for stopping by and rolling with my temperament. Your comments are insightful, and the fave is appreciated. I forced myself to do a chill track, so I could break from this jazz fusion track that's in the works. When I release that .......... YOU'LL KNOW WHY! LOL! So on the growling bass and synths I take full responsibility. You know you cannot leave me alone in the room with my beloved keys twisting knobs and thangs LOL! Have that great weekend and Ill TTYL.
Description : Sounds of the sea and trippy acidy washes with a cool beat and some live acoustic guitar. Written in Cubase with live guitar and keys etc. The sound of the sea and birds was recorded on the beach where I used to live. After moving to the city one sunny day I was telling stories to a friend about living by the sea and started making this track.
Description : This improv recorded a few years ago powered my interest even further than I expected.....recorded using tc electronics pedal and tascam studio recorder and a Fender Squier tele electric....
Description : I used some new "Anthem" pickups from L.R. Baggs on my Martin acoustic to see how it performed, and it definitely beat my expectations. Captured the sound perfectly as I needed.
Anyhoo, this song is almost a prayer, hence the repetitiveness of the verses. As Christians, we believe that God will one day return and take away every suffering and all evil for good; in that regard, this song is almost one of waiting too. Very simple, with vocal harmonies and whatnot. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it. Made in 13 hours.
Someone else wrote the words, I was just inspired to use them. I only added the "Yeah" and "Amen."
Description : This is a track off of one of my EP's I dropped last year. It is based on True events. Sometimes when people finally take a second in life to slow down and breathe in..... The oxygen is deflated and it's too late. Take your time people, because time is what differs a good decision over a bad one. Life is precious!

Description : So a guy buys a nice guitar at a pawn shop but returns it a few days later after waking from a sound sleep to hear it playing by itself. When he tells of his experience he is shocked to learn the owner had actually died while playing it. Is it fantasy or truth? Is the guitar in this track that very same guitar? Its all part of the mystery and fun of Halloween !
EDIT: modified ending to a deeper voice
Description : This track describes a magical state that I experienced a long time ago. Maybe you also know the feeling that you can't describe something like this with words ... luckily we have the music for it!
Description : So this is my first Chill Outish track. I was just trying something new and then suddenly this was a thing. Everything you hear is home made. I hope you enjoy. - Mr. Spook'd
Description : That's something i worked out lately
a swing 3/4 hip hop Chill ?? Don't know how to describe this kind of music.
Anyway VOICE NEEDED

Description : A progressive journey incorporating deep ambient chillout, swing jazz, hip hop, d'n'b, trance and a slight touch of acid with a thousand ninjas battling in space. Features a great deal of my lead slide resonator guitar playing. Also a whole load of synths, programmed acoustic drum kits and manipulated drum loops, big basslines, regular electric guitar, vocoded guitar parts and bass guitar (distorted right at the end). If you like deep chill, far out soaring beauty, fat beats and 170 BPM uplifting slide trance controlled mayhem, you might just get into this. In my heaven there is an endless supply of honey mangoes (an exquisite beauty of the fruit world) and even more slide guitar. A 1,000-year-long version of this track plays there on a loop (long enough not to get bored of it) but here I offer you the Earthly 11 min version. You must be very good to be accepted into my heaven to hear the full thousand year version so best start now. It may be heaven's main theme tune but it's not above criticism so feel free to let me know what you think of it. Maybe you prefer the soundtrack in hell. I hear it's pretty badass...
