Description : Updated 2/6/2023 with various edits and horn arrangement. This one is the fifth draft of an idea I've been toying around with. And yep, I'm hitting you with the jazz and funk business one more time. I'll be working this through the usual paces. How is it so far? Please share your thoughts and ideas. Thanks and Enjoy.

midiman007. Thanks for the stop and fave. It's great this was a good listen for you. And correct, nothing says and does funk like that clavinet sitting in the mix. Have an awesome week and stay safe.
Still funky as heck! I notice a quite new ending; alas no more guitar solo (at least that's what I remember) but loads of funky brass, which is delicious.
Good stuff man... And you keep making it better!
BaoBou. Thanks much for giving this one another listen. The ending guitars and throughout happens to be that funk guitar monster Mr. Cory Wong! I'll be rearranging the brass a touch, adding a few more funky elements, then I'll be about done. Be safe.
Damn! this track is as jammy! as they come and yes the good ole Membranophone instrument (Drums) is vibrating wonderfully into my ears & on point as usual but then how could it not be, didn't you mention that you was a drummer before?... Anyways glad I stopped by to take another listen, Man! this track is filled with so much zest! & vitality it puts a spring in my step and joy into my little ears.
I'm still loving this track, you truly went to town and back with this. As far as I'm concerned a level of perfection can be reached though every ones idea of it is according to their own opinions or hang ups :) This track is perfection and you already know nothing gets passed these sharp little ears of mine :P splendid! work indeed continue on this trajectory it's always a pleasure listening to your work, it's an attention grabber for sure. Bravo!
Angelus. So from this point forward........ keep dropping that knowledge, so I can expand my vocabulary with words like "Membranophone" Haha:) and yep drumming is in my DNA. Thank you for the strong support and those sharp ears that are positive proof that you are gifted to hear accurately and most importantly, understand what you hear. Be sure to keep me posted on your studio project. Be safe till the next time.
What's really going on Mark,
I was scared to death when I saw
6+min, I knew you were going to go
in deep, and you did. I really like
the rotating Leslie's on the Organ and
the Drums were just re-dic-u-lous.
Great track. Faved.. Talk to you soon,
PEACE...
lol, Mark working & spending time in my friends studio laying down vocals for me it's purely for fun but if anything can drag me away from here it's going into studio, I love it, I loved it when I was in the band live sessions coming home early mornings after a studio rehearsal session was hard but enjoyable, I'm sure you understand that feeling...Anyways I shall pop in when time permits again to listen to your update. Adios! Peace.
Angelus. Studio? Ok, that's what's up! And I well know about those late night studio sessions. It's like the creativity is at an all-time high when the city is sleeping, lol. Keep me in the loop about your progress. And yeah OK, for fun? RIGHT:) Me thinks you be about gearing up for sumptin sumptin [sic] BIG TIME lol. So go and SLAY ANGELUS HAHA and just have my autograph and picture. TTYL my friend
Hola brother Mark! from the first note, I said yessir! this is sizzling hot! everything about this track is out of sight! funky fresh! & full of tasty & desirable sounds that are treating my little ears just right & I know you're going to probably update it again but what I'm hearing is delectable and truly displays your musical craftsmanship, so glad I got a window of time to pop in and hear this as I'm not here on this site much now, busy & other things a little more exciting are distracting my attention now-days lol...but in any case I'll always make time to at least come listen to a dear friend such as you, your music always drew me in from the first time these grown up ears heard it haha...Keep up the splendid! work, until next time Stay Safe.
Hey Angelus. I appreciate the time you’ve taken out to touch base and check up on me :)! U busy? U been singing? Whatever you’re doing I well know it’s on point. This one is still rough around the edges, but I’ll set it right. For you to fave it says a lot. Thanks for that and sharing how this translated. By all means check on the updates . You be and stay safe and I’ll catch you on the next round my friend.
Great as always Mark. Love the piano bassline, love the entire track. Yeah it's 7 minutes but that's never a chore with you.
The guitar solo towards the end is great; try to play around with the effects a bit more because the raw tone could be a bit other and the chorussy effect also doesn't fully do it for me, but it is certainly lovely).
Great stuff my talented friend!
Michael, Gratitude For you taking out time and leaving feedback on this one. It's great you enjoyed the listen at this point. Have an awesome and safe weekend.

Description : 'Love will find you at the right time'...This track is about how we vibrationally attract love. From my recollection, in the early 20s/teen years, a typical place to encounter this wonderful force was the Disco. (Kay)

Description : Continuing my journey with sampling. This was mostly an accident, and not where I originally thought it would go but I'm happy with the destination. I started with the track Real Reel Switcher by Eunice Russ Frost, which has a slower melancholy swing to it, however I've been playing a bunch of older video games lately, with SSX being in the mix heavily, so this track ended up taking on a bit of that for inspiration as well. Would love your thoughts.

Description : A Dark Funk tune , with a touch of Nawlin's jazz funeral procession. Midi-sparks asked me to do a Halloween song for his competition, and so here it is!
Description : Updated 12/2/2022. This is an interesting redo of a funky and fun composition. I gave it more polish by switching to a different drum kit, swapped the flute solo for a synth, then infused more flavor into the guitars, bass and organ. Then lastly tweaking the final master. Can you tell the difference? Let me know. Enjoy.
Description : 3rd track of my future vocaloid album, Acerbus 2.Many thanks to Venuslove for the vocals, MrFunktastic for the Funk bass, Strings (left and right), and the robotic sound mainly at the beginning of the song. and Atlasblue for the Snares (sorry atlasblue that I couldn't include you in the title, only 50 characters allowed, thus I ran out of space)
Description : This is the first production for STAR TRAVELS in collaboration between MICKY (LM) and JYNXZ (LM).

Description : Everything is recorded live, so you probably hear that. It's also all me :$
Thanks to everyone who contributed in explaining what I did wrong in the engineering, mixing and mastering, especially Ben (bringerofDOOM). Looperman is truly an awesome community and thank you all. Did I say you guys are awesome?
