Dig that sax man. Nice jazzy, chill out kinda beat. I feel like drinking a slow gin fizz & staring over the bay with this in the background. So great job.

Wow! The instrumentation is so lively and jazzy. You could put this into the Jazz genre and it would hold up really well there. I love how you made the brass section the star of your song. A nice relaxing vibe and a real chillax mood setter. I just had one issue with it, nothing really bad, maybe a personal preference that I felt not mentioning. But all in all, this is still quite an amazing song and excellent listen! I enjoyed it.

    Cheers!

Ok, first, I have to to say the sax phrasing and notes selections are top notch. The mix is incredible, it's sounds well balanced and crisp coming out of my monitors. Stellar production my brother, mad respect and admiration. Keep bringing it.

Thanks for listening CinCoCent... Great observation of the Drum works. The drums are subtle but as you say "makes it all fit". The hi-hats are what I think gives it life.. especially toward the end and at the intro. I appreciate the comments and fav.

This is an awesome piece! It's not at all what I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I didn't hear it before the edits on the sax-breaks, but I can tell that you made the right choice by following DJ's advice.

I really like the chimed intro, and how it continues on through the piece. It sets a good foundation.

The beat is superb as well. It's really quite impeccable in how it seems to fumble, but never drops the ball.

The "Hey" that comes in, and repeats until the end is a nice touch as well. The long slow fade out works here.

Overall, this truly is, even in it's jazziness, a chilled out track!

    Awesome, work. Keep it up!
    Take care.

very cool again Ron...that sax is cool again and I know that it's more jazz than rock but there was a band, called Morphine...they used sax as a rhythm instrument with huge riffs...
I'm not saying this is an example to follow but maybe sometimes ...

Great Intro. Mix is also nice and clear. Small Idea. I would occasionally use an Asymmetrical pong on the sax at certain points (sparingly at the end of a Bar) to broaden the mix. The underlying sounds are lush and thoughtful. Nice Work.!

Those rhodes pianos are so lush and full of warmth. They contrast so well against the punchy snare and the smooth sax. It all just flows so effortlessly. Glad to see the looperman community booming with so much talent nowadays.

Thanks, ProdByFetti, I appreciate your comments. I agree the Rhodes piano has that warmth that is unmatched. Love playing the keyboards especially the electric keys. I am glad you mentioned the punch snare... I worked on that a bit. Thanks again, my friend.

Fantastic chill-out song really nice on the ears.

    If i may suggest one thing;

Intervals between the actual song and the lead sax ... the quality of your music overall is superb so let the song have a couple of bars a couple of times as this will give the listeners a chance to hear the lush sound behind the lead.

    Really nice song welldone

Description : Many of you know well that Tumbleweed & Orlando collabs are pretty much well established tradition within LM society by now, and here is the newest example to reinforce that tradition. It's probably the last this year (yet never take it for granted) and I think it has (although not particularly intended) a bit of that seasonal celebrative nature, thus fitting quite well into this festive feel of December. Despite providing it's share of melancholic tones (you can bet who is responsible...haha...) it's a quite happy tune overall...and it doesn't bite, so you're all most welcome to listen and comment !... As always my sincere thanks to Ed !

Description : The spring is in full motion over here and I guess it helped me quite a bit to complete my part of the job on yet another exciting collab with maestro Tumbleweed. Most of our collab works contain at least some aspect which demonstrates something out of ordinary one or another way. This time we got a peculiar combination of mysticism and merciless attacks of soapiness (my bad....haha)....So let's listen to hear whether I'm right or not!....:) As always on such occasions, all my thanks to Ed !
