oh wow - how nice - really nice - unique tonality and recording quality - i see you mention not having much for recording gear - but Im glad you dont cuz it is the perfect sound for the feeling on this. I want to also hear whatever Dext Dee does when he mixes and chops it etc - will you keep me in the loop on that? I really like your music!

DanielGtrman replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

thanks Haven for another review. Thing is I havn't heard from DextDee since he reveiwed this track. guess he's mega-busy.

thnx, will show u once done with it.
thnx again Mr Daniel

DextDee 24th Jun 2009 09:04 - 17 years ago

hi there Mr Mathers :), a nice work u got here, i realy live the originality of the track.
if u would permit me to do something small with the ending part of the track, about the 2:50 time, i want to gut that part out and loop it for something i will show u when i am done with it.
u can check what i do to know what i mean. mainly hip hop.

While this is not quite the major key exercise that I anticipated, it nonetheless fits right in with the description that you gave it. Sonically, you have again achieved a brightness and tone that is rewarding and easy to listen to. Very nice indeed. I like the brief foray into trem picking at the end. Peace, Six

DanielGtrman replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

Thanks for dropping by Six. The recording process is is relatively new to me and its good to get constructive comments like this.

I am truly amazed by the guys who review my tracks, and it really is kind of humbling. Great to hear I composed this on yr birthday. actually I wrote this in response to some good news I received and was feeling elated hence title of track : hopeful. thanks again for yr review. I will be checking out yr music....

you have a distinct and emotional style, of the two tracks i've listened to. really enjoy yor playing and composition. i'd love to get a hold of your raw tracks and sweeten up the mix! great stuff. off for more!

DanielGtrman replied Unknown - 2028 years ago

thanks again for your thoughtful commentts. My recording set-up is adequate but no-where near studio quality. It would be great if you could sweeten up a few dry tracks of mine. any possibility of this if I send you something?
