Hey man I'm a producer, and artist from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In my opinion, your voice is perfectly fine and is in sync with the beat volume wise. Your flow was great and I'm glad for that cause I've heard some terribly off beat s**t on here in this genre. The synths are too far behind the rest of the beat. I'd try looking into that. Other than that, your words speak volumes and you have a hit. Everything can get a 10 rating from me. Keep it up!
