Description : A little tune about one of Mars's lonely moons. Thanks to Ed for contributing a lovely guitar lead. Also for some real neat acoustic guitar chords. Sorry I haven't been here for a while. Been busy at the doctor's. But I'm done with them for a while.

Thanks Scott for the kind words. My health weren't to extreme, just irritating . I had vertigo , which is dizziness from some sort of inner ear problem. Got it resolved and am ready for action. Have a nice day. Pat
This is some classy stuff. You make a particular type of far out jazz that is different from anyone else on the site and which I'm getting to know as your particular style.
Really fine production here and I like the way the groove fades gently in. Definitely some sort of space music.
Has maybe a bit of a 70s vibe, with that flute, which doesn't sound like a keyboard patch.
I hear this as more of a deep chill track than jazz - maybe because it has such a gentle, laidback vibe.
The outro chords and bass guitar and synth movements are really skilfully done. A proper ending that is its own skilful little movement (a suite?) rather than just some sort of fadeout or ending on an obvious chord.
Thanks for the comments. It's been awhile since I did anything new due to time restraints for my hobby. What I did on the flute is use a keyboard patch and midi'd in some real nice Kore patches to give some sustain. You read my mind referencing a suite feel. That is what I am shooting for. I do plan on integrating this track into a space suite. With more of a HawkWind vibe. Again thanks for the insight. Peace Pat
That intro just gets me every time Pat...its crazy good...your talent on the keys is always out of sight good but you really took this one to another place with the production ideas as well...it does come off as having a Floyd vibe (thats a good thing too)...many thanks for letting me tag along on this one,,,my copy is going on the MP3 player (use it every day for the treadmill or walks) as I`m going to want to listen a lot more...seem to find something new that grabs my attention every time...love those chord progs by the way....a tip of the cap & much respect to you my friend..I`ll be keeping this one...Ed
Thanks Ed. Again, your guitar work really classed this song up. Treadmill huh. I just started using a exercise bike myself. Attempting to lower my blood pressure. Unfortunately my job is a sit down job and I am paying the price for it. Lets keep the snow away from Canada and Nebraska and keep to New York and DC. Peace.. Pat
Wow, Pat...what a nice and relaxing piece of music we have here. The collaboration of two extremely talented musicians is guarantee for a top treat. Cool jazzy mood delivers it's share to the feel of serenity. Great instrumental parts in here...piano, Ed's guitars, flute...all brilliant. Btw...do you play real flute? I would say so...:)
I'm faving and downloading this cause it's great!:)
Thanks for the kind words. As far as playing the flute , the source is my Yamaha keyboard flute patch. I did blend a Kore patch for depth. I'll be checking your side for more songs. Peace Pat

I just put together some old ideas to see if it will work. Some vocals and brass, or guitars is clearly needed. Let me know what you think about it. Tnx
Description : Do not freak out just because this is jazz! There's also blues, rock, funk and a little hip hop in it to break up the deep, chillout jazz sections - gets particularly rocking then funky at the end. Main bassline (the track's foundation) is recycled leftover slide resonator guitar parts detuned one octave to make a slide bass sound. Also features: piano, violin, hammered dulcimer, organ, ethereal pad guitar, bass guitar, jazz/blues/rock electric guitar and multiple programmed acoustic drumkits. This was difficult to make at times as I thought I needed more leads parts eg from sax or trumpet. But I'm happyish with the end result. I expect very little interest in this as it's both jazz and long jazz. But it's also an unusual type of genre-mixing jazz. So, leave your thoughts, good or bad, if you like...
Description : This is track me and my friend (great jazz, blues musician) done
around this great vocal we acquired.
Lot of hours in it.
I had great fun making it!
Hope you people like it.
Love and peace.
Description : I think it's a late evening song to accompany you for a single drink.
Jazzy in most of the aspects. It is made single handedly so please consider it an experimentation for the thrill of making music.
Hope you will like it.
Description : This track made me just stop working on it and listen to it for enjoyment.

Description : This track contains only free loops from Stayonbeat.com and several loops from Looperman artists (listed below). I "made a promise" that my next track will be use a lot of jazzy loops - well, i done with this track, for the great sadness of jazz lovers or experts i think - i fear they will never forgive me. :) While my ISP launches my internet out of the Earth system for a long time, i had to face the fact that i dont have too much downloaded jazz loops on my computer, so i think no wonder that this one is sounds like if i smoke some marihuana while making it. But hey, who cares, i like the result - it reminds me the (maybe only) really funny episode of "Breaking Bad", where Pinkman uses some heroin and flyes up with an idiotic smile on his face - that chapter is priceless. :D
I dont think this one needs a vocal, but ofcourse you can use it if you want, and as always, just write and i will give any support as i can. Any feedback welcomed too as always. Enjoy! UPDATE 2015.10.24.: improved audio quality - lower lows, higher highs. Now in 256kbps!

Description : Something a bit different from us. I (Bobo) played guitar, synth, midi bass and percs to this piano loop by LM's most excellent Rasputin. Wataya, stoned as usual, thought he heard Barbara Streisand singing. This is the result.
Description : I created a hip hop groove in Logic and decided to duel some Saxophones. I am playing the Baritone sax on the left pan and the Tenor Sax on the right pan.
I added some bells like a boxing match bell to give it a fight drama feel. The hip hop track itself is dope to me. The duel is cool too. Who won?
Very groovy track! I really like the subtlety, but still having a sophisticated nature and balance. Some great instrumentation going on. Good job!
Cheers,
Scott
