and you most likely are right about the chords although i wouldn't change it.
When i make a remix i dont tend to listen to the original song before i produce the remix, reason is, (for me) because i want to take the track in a direction that i want to take it, and not be sort of 'controlled' by the original. dont get me wrong i LOVE the original song, but ive not listened to it in months.

So reason is for the vocals and chords changing at different times from the original is basically because im not working from the song, if you know what i mean. Im working from what sounds right to me at the time of producing, even if it technically isnt right haha.

I dunno if that makes much sense haha. its really hard to explain lol

Yeah i noticed that while i was making it that the plucks where giving the track a sort of upbeat feel, contradicting her vocals but i dunno if thats a bad thing or not haha.

Thank you, yeah like i said, timing was important. but i still think there's a couple of areas where the timing is a bit off

Yeah timing was super important to me, i left out the chorus vocals for the very reason that i couldn't get the timing right, turned out for the better i think :)
