Listen To DJ Spinnin Breakbeat Song By TraXnCtrl At Looperman.com

Description : Space Cowboy submission.
I listened to this accapella and thought of doing a breakbeat style, similar to the Freestylers. I think it turned out to be more like a cross between Herbie Hancock and Basement Jaxx.
Please review and let me know what you think.

Hm, it was nice, I got the flow, but too chaotic at times.

yeah it is a bit chaotic....even the vocals where without any backing...I just matched the music to the vocals....not exactly my usual work but it was fun anyway.

thanks for listening and reviewing

I like the way the vox change up on this between the chick soundin one to the guy one. The bass on this is pretty nice too. Though I'd encourage more scratchin or scratch FX on this (or maybe a scracth solo part somewhere). Other than that this is a pretty solid arrangement. Later on!

Thanks DV,
The vox was all pre-arranged for a competition and I just built the track around the vox. Thanks for the scratch tip....I think a solo would be cool

nice vocal really got that beat boy feel to it. nicely composed. all of these yours creations or did you use loops(obviously not the vocals but everything else)?
Nicely done mate, hit the beat up more, make the floor move so that we can get this party into a grove :D

Dig it!

I really need to go thru some your older tracks, I want to see how you have progressed, which I will do when I am done replying to all my reviews.

hmmm.. ok.. just something i hear in my head.. near the end change it up subtly with a piano loop??
Something ambient to pull the tension of the great groove?!?

Really great track! Totally digging the synth arp!

Description : I HOPE YOU ARE NOT TO LAZY TO READ THIS xD

All started with a Future Bass Drum with Reverb at 140 BPM. It sound like Dubstep and then all go fast. A very Deep Synth Flute with Reverb as Bass. Hig Synth for the Melody. High Flute with Reverb for other. And High Wobbling Synth with stereo Phaser. Many Crazy Snares and lite Stick Hits as Percussion with Reverb. End a Pad with the same Stereo Phaser effect. Yeah thats it. I work 4 Hours at this Track. Sounds Like Future Bass or Dubstep with a lite Happy EDM touch. Please leave some Feedback. Which genre is this? Whats good , Whats Bad? You know what I mean :D

Description : BRICS, the new economic powerhouse of emerging nations Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. In the struggle for economic dominance will cooperation prevail regarding climate change and other issues of global importance or will it be business as usual?

This track is a heavily sampled break beat melange featuring Russian vocalist Doctyabrev and excerpts of speeches in languages of the other three countries including Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, and Marina Silva of Brazil. There's a whiff of Maceo's "Cross the Tracks" in there too.

Much thanks to all the Looperman contributors including: Doctyabrev, fanto8bc, djnab, blueskies, buffalonugaluss, megapaul, and 7venth12. 100 bpm, key of E.

Description : The classic disco song of the 70's done from a man's perspective, in a mellow semi-accoustic chill version. Original artist, Gloria Gaynor did this song in 116 bpm, I am doing it in 94 bpm. If I'm granted permission to post the acapella on this site, I'd love to hear what you guys can do with it.

Key : A minor

94 bpm (slowed down from the original 116 bpm)
