Nice funky vibes going on here. I love this kind of sound but i can never pull it off so hats off to you. Cool summer time vibes with a nice vocal to finish it off. The mix down is good and the melody is great. Nice bit of funky slap bass in the interludes as well.
Really dig this track and it's going in the favs.

Wow that's some really nice things your saying I'm so pleased you enjoyed the track it was a great vocal to work with this was my first upload so a massive thanks for taking the time to listen and comment more tunes coming soon Paul
This one really bounces along...good energy and a nice smooth vibe...I like it Paul...being an old rhythm guitar & bass player for more than a few years I would have liked to hear a key change part thrown in there somewhere...it holds that D# progression all the way (really nice little prog by the way)...but thats just the way my ear works I guess....good listening just as it is mate....well done to you.....Ed
Hey Ed I can't thank you enough for your kind words I have been a member for a while but this is my first post so for someone to enjoy it is great. you make a very good point with the key change as with a lot of my music I find I get a little torn between a club sound (the continuous drive of the groove or beat) or a conventional verse ,chorus ,middle eight ,(so as to add depth and key change to the overall melody) I find that usually gets determined by the accapella I'm using and I think your right with this track it becomes a bit monotonus staying in the same key. Especially because the vocal chorus part is actually pretty cool .again thanks for taking the time to listen and comment, I'm now going to check your stuff. Cheers Paul
hi midiman007 yes i played the bass and keyboard parts (obviously through the motherboard and made the loops and then sampled them. lastly i sampled the vocals again and then chopped them up to follow the groove i did use a clav sample from a library but actually thought that was the weakest sound in the end.

Description : I have been using LooperMan for practice for some time now. This my most recent track. The only loop in the song is BabyGee's vocals. Free to download and if you repost tag me so I can share it as well.
Description : A psychedelic techno cello epic. It's not really techno as it's only 110 BPM but something like that (eg breakbeat), with lots of banging beats and arpeggiated acid synths, plus a whole load of my layered cello playing techniques. There aren't that many synths used but they do a lot of work and are carefully automated. No guitar. Drums are mostly a lot of drum loops, supported by a few programmed acoustic drumkits. Very busy and complicated with loads of different sections (funky, chilled, fast, heavy) that make up a constantly progressing trip. I don't know if there's any other cello music like this so let me know if you think there is. Interesting feedback appreciated - criticism, praise, ideas etc. Enjoy...
Description : Summer type dance track, for those precious 2 weeks off, if you can get them! Made around a selection of different loops and some keys from me.
Description : Inspired by an experimental percussion piece I heard. Rhythmic ticking builds into pounding beats and heavy soundscapes. I haven't done any mixing or mastering yet so tell me what you think. Any and all comments are welcome.
Really dig this track and it's going in the favs.
