If you have time take a listen and give Prelude some feedback.
i visualize an ancient, mythical past with great heroes journeying across vast frozen, tundras. a beautiful mix which creates a great epic feeling for me. nice work. look forward to checking out the collabs by the excellent composers that responded. peace.
wow such a nice comment !
please excuse me for late reply .
i appreciate your words and comment .
it means alot to me .
thank you very much midisparks .
:)
Ok so I finally figured out something for this piece. https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/153099
La Chant De La Solitude.
It's sort of trippy and very different from what I thought I wanted to do, but that’s creativity. I may also do a simpler version with just piano and make it sound lonelier.
I am interested in Bears rendition as he is a great musician on this site, we have a great respect for each others work.
ciao
Steve
thank you Steve .
i can't wait to hear what you've done.
sorry for delay .
i'm going to listen track.
yes , Bear is one of greatest musicians here.
and one of my fav composers beside you , Behnam
and Tumbleweed .
nice to see your underestanding and prof attitude and respect for him .
i really appreciate you .
*Cindy*
:)
thank you very much for time to listen .
ah yes i know this is rough.
i'm looking for better execution and notes.
and this is interesting you reallized this is
somehow inspired by a religious acapella I've heared before.
good if sounds religious for you.
i'm in love with that type and sort and style in music .
religious tones make me sane.
i really appreciae your sharp feedback .
:)
Hi again!
And here you sing even more!! I had somehow missed this tune of yours.
Well, this is sounding spectacular and very unique.
I would love to get my hands on it but I understand your concern about people not getting what you want for this piece of music.
So I'll be looking forward to the renditions Steve and Shortbusmusic are making for you instead.
I knew there was something special about you from the start...way to go girl!
So yet an other exceptional talent has landed on The Loop - it's good to have you here.
a very haunting style of vocal...appropriate to the loneliness that you mention....I look forward to hear it with the musical accompaniment that others have mentioned...Ed
OK, I hope Shortbus does something you like. No, this does not have to have cinematic music - something like trip hop could also be cool.
"seems they haven't liked this enough to want to work on it"
Lots of people ask for collaborations or help on here though I guess most do not get it. But there are collaborations happening all the time so maybe someone will do a good job with your track.
I am not Norwegian but I am 34 years old. I used to live in Denmark so I know some Danish, Swedish and Norwegian.
Absolutely breathtaking! I can see this one could go in a cinematic direction quite easily....perhaps acoustic guitar playing something in a minor key, then add the pads, the strings, perhaps some light percussion and then fishish quietly with the acoustic guitar again.
Or as StaticNomad and Steve said, you could go in a more percussive direction. It will be fun hearing which way you end up going.
If you want to make this downloadable, I would be happy to give it a go on my end. Beautiful work, absolutely beautiful.
oh this is wonderfull if you compose for this .
i love to can work with a great artist like you.
please tell me how i can send this cong only for you ?
(ps :would be a wonderful dream if you may accept to work with Crucethus ! because i had told okay to him before you when
i didn't think you may accept to work on this.) (
thank you verymuch for stopping by and kind words .
peace .
oh this is a really good piece in its own right, gorgeous sounds and well put together, but I would like to see if I could add something else, and if ok with you will have a go.
Much respect,
Mark/Larry!
thank you very much for listening and offer .
i listened your track you are very tallented and
sing good.
but hope you don't mind to hear no from myside for
adding another vocal line to my stuff .
i want a composer for this .
maybe we can work together later .
thank you very much .
Hello again. Yes, I guess it is something both spiritual and sophisticated.
You've got some interest from people such as Maffin and Crucethus and they both make interesting music so you'll probably soon hear something good done with this. Maybe next time say what sort of style of music you might like to hear these vocals in. Or just let people do whatever they feel works.
yep :)
Steve is very good choice but i have heared just one cinematic
track from him .
guess you are agree with me that this needs a cinematic music.
i hoped to get some offer from some of other musicians too but
seems they haven't liked this enough to want to work on it .
but in the end , i've been lucky for shortbuss music offer after your comment .
thank you very much for feedback.
(ps : are you norwagian ? can i know how old are you ? )
omg ... ! Never have I heard something like this ... So "fantasy-like", somptuous, spiritual and goose-bumping ... You took me to travel so far outside of myself ... Felt like walking along with elves through a fairy forest at dawn . I would write pages about what and how I feel while listening to this absolute jewel of elegance and sensitivity .
I bow in front of you, fancying you as the queen of that ferric realm you showed me here .
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for this pure moment of bliss you've just offered me .
Be sure I'll be your most sedulous follower here .
Carole
Bonjour Carole,madam !
i'm honoured for having this warm feedback from you .
i know you are one of the best singers here and have worked with many great artists and you are a poet too .
Carole hope you don't mind for this amateur request but may i please you to let's have a cooperation together ?
as I see you're closest friend of best and wonderfull composers here .
composers and real artists who i just can be their fan.
i want to please you select some track from some composer and then let's work together,if you are interested too .
i'm looking for cinematic works and you have a real cinematic voice .
be sure i'm already your most sedulous follower here .
:)

Interesting concept.
Really curious to see how this will develop... sounds really promising.
Of course you could also use it as it is, not bad at all.
Enjoyed it.
Ciao, Domenico
well as I see in your replies U've tried to sing something inspired by a Asian melody , and I should say U've been succeeded. just it's a bit short as U've mentioned too .
well look Prelude , most easy way in such situations is sing reverse notation & go back scale to up or down .
also if U want it sound more eastern U can select more semitonal intervals & if U still want more U should try on Microtonal intervals, search this topic:microtonal pitches or microtonal music & U'll find ouT my commenT better.
and in the end I shoud say , there's an acapella section that belongs to this attempts . when U upload it here , it means U haven't respected other singers bough..buT U're a new commer & I know U may didn't know.bst wishes.___Behnam
you teached me 2 magical point Behnam !
sorry for late reaction I was trying to learn what you
have written .
I was surprised ! this is a magical formula that works to expand duration of many musics !
and your hint to microtanl pitch faded a great question mark for me .
you are a exceptional musician and I always appreciate to
review feedback from knowledgable persons like you .
thank you very very much for magical feedback !
would wonder to see what you gonna do with it Steve.
just please if you can take a look to my answer to comment before yourself too .
maybe that description can be usefull for you too.
just let me know and i'll appreciate indeed.
This is haunting stuff and could end up being part of a big cinematic composition with strings and piano and stuff. I guess that would be the sort of obvious route to take.
Or it could be a good starting point for a tight, beat-driven track that would really give that track a great and interesting bed of sound. Could be hip hop or some uptempo pumping dance music.
What sort of ideas or direction or genre/style did you have in mind for this?
The tone of the voice here reminds me just a little bit a brilliant singer called Lia Ices. Please look her up or just listen to this amazing song:
thank you very much for kind words and link .
I tried to sing something conceptual ,and sophisticated.
I heared a flutes melody from central Asia .
then I played a melody inspired by that with my flutes and then tried to sing that.
i really appreciate your comment.
I see that you are looking for music to this, but this in itself I just want to say sounds beautiful! I would definitely be interested in hearing a final product, would be quite majestic I am sure!
hei it's a while I've left soundcloud but
i remember you there too.
thank you very much for warm feedback.
it would be great if you can compose somethin g for this.
I'll be glad to work with you.

Description : Banda sonora de un videoclip que acabo de producir.Cuenta la experiencia de una pareja de astronautas y los recuerdos de ella al perder a su compañero. Espero que os guste. Animo y suerte para todos.
Description : Ok...here it is! Another colab with maestro Tumbleweed! Ed provided the unfinished, basic track...I composed and recorded the long intro using different synths and then added piano (well to the fore) and some brass arrangements along the rest of the track (no violin this time...hehe) and then did the final mixing to wrap it up as it is presented now. I hope you will enjoy it and we both appreciate your listening time and your valuable comments:) Otherwise all thanks to Ed!
Description : Just send me the link where you use that, please
Anyway, I'm looking for artists, especially doing melodic techno, deep house etc... to work in my music label called Chick Records

Ft jjweekz for the voice effect,
Drums :

Anubis on big drums
Tell me what this track made to you ^^'
Thank you.
Description : Dark, slow, ambient, cinematic jazz with funereal piano turning into something much funkier, psychedelic and beautiful in the second half. Out of the darkness and into the light, you could say. Instruments: electric guitar + bass, lots of synth sounds, including a horn, double bass, another big legato bass, pizzicato strings, two types of piano, a heavily delayed slide guitar instrument, zither, synth arp, one brushy drum loop, kettle drum rolls and 4 programmed acoustic drum kits. This is quite a special track for me and is only the second I've put in the cinematic genre. The more you listen, the more it changes (it even has key changes) and the last three minutes are really quite far out and should probably be longer. Best track I've made for a few months. Interesting thoughts and reflections appreciated. Free sex for the best reviews...
This track is an elaboration of dgalantic’s track “Starting Over 0172257.” It is almost entirely comprised of loops by other artists on looperman. The newsreel in the intro section is from public domain footage of the Vietnam War. Prince Fatty chimes later in with some words of wisdom. The track was sequenced with Mixtikl and edited in Audacity.
Loops from the following artists are included:
1. ThatJeffCarter’s guitar “feedback 197765”
2. three of Nightingale’s harmonica trills: “angels 0088377, inner light 0088361 and never and never 0088366”
3. Heavily fx’ed vocal excerpts from Eshar’s “7th Dimension 0002644”
4. Dcmack’s rhythm loops “2 bass drums 1- 0085449, 2- 0085446, and 4- 0085448.”
5. Steelyvibe’s choral wash “luno frunezo 0005719”
6. Nightingale’s guitar loop “diving deep 0043488”
7. Rasputin1963’s chorals “ soul ladies gospel riff 0088641 and reggae soul girls choir 0087693”

Description : So a new track for everyone. Im pretty impressed by this one, and would even place it higher than one of my best tracks, Angel And A Demon. However, I'm trying to decide whether or not I should put vocals to it. I have some in mjnd, but idk if itd be better to leave as is and keep it instrumental or not. Take a listen and let me know! Also, let me know if anything is too loud, still working on my mastering.
Description : NEVER STOP DREAMING!
Love what you do and do what you love.
Made out of Looperman Loops!
