Hell yeah its funky!! Love it, Love it, Love it! The groove is sweet and the vocals are even sweeter. The only thing I would change is sometimes the vocals come in too loud, like they aren't blended in with the track like @ 1:32. For example the Oh! and the Oooooh! from @0:05-0:08 seconds are a little quieter and blend perfectly with the instruments, but the Ayahhh @ 1:32 is too loud and seems separate from the music. Maybe quiet the vocal down a bit, and add more reverb? It sounds too up front, and needs to be pushed into the background a little more.

Honestly not a big fan of funk myself, but i can recognize a good quality song when I hear one. Superb vocals interjected in the groove that fit perfectly with the whole feel of the song, very soulful. Great work!

This revised version is sounding slick. The funk is on fire and I like what you've done with the panning and vocals. This is nice and easy on my hangover as well which is a bonus.

hi, I really like this. My only criticism would be that there's some slight volume changes at parts in the mix. Maybe it's just a result of how you combined those loops. Or maybe it's just me.
I really enjoyed the vocals in the background.
Good funky vibes with some very interesting ambiance. Well done. Alex

Yup thats funky.. Nice! Wah wowa. Noticed I listened back a couple times when it hits 0:50 the volume decreases a bit too much, gets lost after that very nice beginning.

As it continues I can hear the mix sounds off balance, example the vocals are at a good level the music is too low (unless that is your intention) the levels just make me feel like im missing out on the funk everyone is jammin too.

With that aside, a good re work of this idea mix. Keep at it and thank you for sharing. Peace.

This is very funky, but I found myself longing to hear you belt out a silky vocal. From what I can hear in your music, you have an extraordinary voice. Would love you hear you do a full vocal. I know from what I can hear in the clips you embed in your compositions, your voice will be a total experience.

Hi, thanks, this was my first attempt at putting a longer track together although it's not really long by todays standards. I cracked up laughing at the funny things you have on your profile, it's very entertaining. A big inspiration is Erykah Badu I love her stuff, think there's a term neo-soul that gets used. Her live album is a beauty, it came out ages ago but it's great. Thanks again

Hi Mr Wolfe how are you, glad you are enjoying the track I don't usually play with the music side of things but it was fun making this, ha ha well maybe we should make it the funk month then!!! My loop range is pretty limited and I'm not professional so I don't know what I can come up with but I'll start working on something.

Description : Continuing my journey with sampling. This was mostly an accident, and not where I originally thought it would go but I'm happy with the destination. I started with the track Real Reel Switcher by Eunice Russ Frost, which has a slower melancholy swing to it, however I've been playing a bunch of older video games lately, with SSX being in the mix heavily, so this track ended up taking on a bit of that for inspiration as well.
