Giving Up Giving In - Phyruis

Name: Giving up Giving in
Duration: 254 s
Channel: Phyruis
Description: I am so close to another release... but I doubt it will be on Housefly ... This track came about listening to Lorn and Flying Lotus...I came to thinking isnt it strange how some people can hear rhythm in pops and cracks and others cant... This track is a lean that way with out being that way... which sound cryptic but if you listen to it you should get what I mean

I hear rhythm in most everything Phyruis....hell if a car goes by with the radio on I got a song idea Ha...haven`t quite got my ears into glitch much yet...I`m not sure about the crackles etc (maybe because that has always been what we tried to liminate from our recording in past times)...but on the other had I really like the beats and a lot of the subtle yet rich sounding synth parts....Obviously you do it well....so...I know where to come when I need a lesson....well done....Ed

Description : Technology is a great thing. But I'm glad to know that if it ever fails ... or simply isn't there ... I can always play my guitar or drums, or just sing. In any case, the power didn't go out during this production ... so it's electric. And eclectic.

Description : Atmospheric, late-night UK garage and liquid drum & bass blending deep rolling basslines, shuffled breakbeats, intimate breathy female vocals and rhythmic DJ turntablism. Chopped vocal samples and hypnotic hooks.
