My thoughts, not enough blues on the Loop......so this helps and gives me my "fix" (if you know what I mean, haha).

My dad always told me you can't sing or play the blues unless you've been there. The emotion comes through on this one.

My only complaint is I would have loved to hear another 2 or 3 minutes, but I'm just being greedy.

Beautiful work by a really, really talented lady. I hope you have a great holiday season.

Bear, Bear, Bear...thanking you.
if the only criticism you could come up with was it needs to be longer, i am a happy girl ((btw: this is just the demo...the album cut is about a minute forty longer)).
really appreciate the listen and review...so glad this song is getting good reviews. its now one of my favorites.

Cheers and Love!

Whoa!..I fell asleep and my camel wandered into this magical moonlit oasis...have you had some ultra musical makeover or something,an epiphany, contact with a deity or have you had a mind meld with Eartha Kitt?..whatever the case something amazing has happened to your music,it was good before but now it's outstanding, something really has clicked within you...please don't say it was just the usual suspects..dedication,hard work and commitment.(lol)...superb work!..I'll be back for more!
cheers Dave

...dave...if you could see the smile your review has plastered on my face...
i must admit, the transformation of which you reference is, in fact, due to a healthy case of agoraphobia, bouts of unhappiness and broken heart syndrome, and a platinum record producer encouraging a scared little singer/songwriter to do the damn thing.
your assessment means more to me than almost all others, as you have been watching my progression as an artist since almost the beginning of inception. i am so very pleased that you are pleased with what you heard.
a thousand thank yous for the listen and review. i only hope i can continue to make you proud.
love.

Description : Did you ever have those days when you are totally distracted? You find yourself switching from one thing to another due to overwhelm - say hallo to 'ADHD' But this time we could focus on the song and used some loops from Hysteria and Bigishi. And a big thanks to James who did help us with the guitars. (He was in the mood for blues :-) We are on Bandcamp as kayos2 Tell us what you think of this track....

Description : One another guy who ordered this track then didn't pay and doesn't respond to my messages.

Boogie crossover (its just a fragment), every instrument is performed and recorder live. Piano, double bass, drums.

Almost 8 hours of work.

Description : so having been inspired by our girl Rita singing the blues I threw myself in and had a go, i went at it with full gusto, i think soul, blues are hard to hit because the singers always have fantastic voices lush females and deep soulfull males with great baratone vocals, i obviously don't have the greatest voice, but you gotta have belief in yourself first, yes i put emotion into my lyric delivery so this was a stretch, its less Teddy Swimms more dimestop sings :)) i'm sure you'll let me know

Description : Of all the classic Monster tales the Wolfman is definitely one of the saddest. Cursed, and destined to live as both man and monster. During the day he sits alone with his guitar, a prisoner of lonely existence, crying his heart out through his music. Then at night, the beast emerges, and in the dark under a full moon, he cry's as he rips the hearts out of his victims! Such is the life of a cursed bluesman!

Description : Hopefully it is the first song of an imaginary album that I will call "Diverse waves". I believe the title of this "album" will keep me focused on a style that incorporates and blends various musical elements for the pleasure of our ears.
I really hope you will like the results of this attempt.

Description : This is a tune dedicated to my friend, Nancy, who followed me to the clubs I played at for years, and is still following me with my studio work. Why do I dedicate this to her? Onnacounta cause she's soooooo naughty! She never liked violins, but loved her sax! Here's to you, Nancy. Anyway, this is a little blues track with some nice guitar and sex...oh, sorry, I mean sax.

Enjoy and download away.

Description : guitar on right run thru my friends mesa rec 25. It has an absolutely gorgeous tone. The guitar playing D, C #, B is run thru guitar rig 6. The the pushed back guitar on the left is also run thru the mesa. My UNC chapel-hill decision letter is coming out tomorrow and I'm super stressed. Whipped out my guitar and recorded some stuff. Hope you like it.

Description : A sultry, seductive, and fairly short acoustic blues number. It is an instrumental and only took about 2 hours to write, record, and get a decent mix. Enjoy! Updated: I added some slight echo to the electric guitar and widened the stereo fields of the acoustic rhythm and leads.

Description : KesstA or "What's ur prob" Blues is an excuse for having fun recording several tracks of guitar and trying to make them sound alright all together. If it sounds a bit messy or jammy, well it's part of it.

Description : Fresh out of the studio after 10 weeks of deliberating, planning, writing and performing.
This could be classed as Country Blues or Southern Rock...either way I think it may get your toes tapping. So grab your partner and jump on the dance floor with this one.
I am performing the following instruments...vocals, electric guitars, slide acoustic, bass, harmonica, organ. I wrote the following instrument parts in MIDI....drums, percussion, piano, horns. This was a beast to master but I think it turned out okay.
No loops used.
