This is a great production and it all fits together very nicely. Top job. Love it. A very accessible song I can sing along with. Really good. Great vocals. Catchy chorus. Wonderful bass line. Very nice mix indeed. I can hear how you kept the dynamics of his vocals even. When I work with vocals sometimes I add some compression just to smooth it out, and sometimes I just go in and chop those individual voice samples and fix them from there.
That's the beauty of it, there's so many ways to do this. You just gotta find what's comfortable for you and what kind of gear you have to work with.

In many of my other past productions I devastated vocals in order to bend them to my will. In this revisited version I tried to maintain the original mood, as if it were a new creation just exit on the radio. Anyway I always use compression and other tools on vocals... this time those birds were flown away if I had abused them.
