Great imagining skills,i tell you. I mean, yes that's how a song like this should go - telling a (f*ing) great story!
Looks like you have transitioned well from your house and hip hop tracks to a theme based one. All sounds are just about perfect in the place.
I hope this track/story gets further development and some music video be released.
Thanks
TJ
Thanks 25DjTj! I'm happy you enjoyed this track. I like exploring other genres. To see how different my music would sound making something new. So, I'm happy you think the switch was well!
For the music video, I've been thinking hard about that lately and might give it a go, so we'll see.
Thanks for all the positive feedback, always appreciated!
Take care!
Nice chilled vibes there...tropical drums are just in place.
Well,as you suggest, i would prefer an acoustic/country version more (just my preference). The chopped vocals could be a little downtoned tho...and piano should be given some more time.
Thanks
TJ
Four days ago , I heard a r&b song see you again from wiz khalifa and charlie puth ... It made me cry . I love paul walker so much , then I started to make half-acoustic version with my guitar and tahmina helped me a lot . If I can , so Ill upload it
Almost good track...liked the way you didn't use the conventional 4-beat kick rhythm. The bass goes in well too.
You know, just a wee bit of mastering needed here and there (volume normalization perhaps)
Thank you
TJ
hey brado, i can feel the vibes pouring in during the first minute itself!!!!
a good track fitting both the classes and the masses :P
i am thinking about creating a downtempo and minimal version of this track (if time permits :D)
thanks for this wonderful piece
TJ
hi orlano,
listening to your track after a long time.
This was on a different trajectory it seems, needed some time to get hold of it tho.
Anyways it's still a greatly produced track with all the right vibes in place
thanks for the track
TJ
hey, nice mix of dubstep and edm there..
loved that synth at 0:41 & 2:17 (sounds kind of an indian instrument).
Can't think currently of any better modification on this, but keep on the good work.
thanks for the track
TJ
i'm here after a long time and it seems many talented ppl have been showing up...anyways a great track i started my morn off with...of course the best part is 3:18
thanks for the track
TJ
thanks for listening, and yeah i wasnt sure what to put it under since i dont really know too much about how to make reggaeton music so i just put it to chill out
hey neo
looks like this was uploaded way back...i hope that the full version will be out soon (if it isn't?)
exciting mix...
the drums though could be introduced by some riser(just an idea)
anyways thanks for the listen
TJ
pretty good track...
thank you valvedriver for a great (dubstep) track.
maybe you could add some pianos and strings for additional fx,but that's just some idea
anyways, that's one hell of a track.
TJ
TJ, Thanks for taking the time to listen and comment. I'm glad you enjoyed it enough to do so.
"maybe you could add some pianos and strings for additional fx"
Ya know, I actually did. I had a few in there in a few spots, but I wasn't 100% satisfied with them. So, when it came time for save, export and post, I took them out at the last second. Maybe I'll revisit this one down the road and try again with the strings and pianos.
Either way, thank you for offering up a suggestions. I like it when people do that. Even if I don't use it on this particular track, I'll take it with me onto the next one. SO, again, thank you.
Hello TJ,
haha
The problem is if Silverman warned her to wear a helmet, he probably forgot been absent-minded and all that. Therefore, the poor girl didn’t had a chance.
Thanks
Jamid
what a track silverman
has got good vibes, kind of summer chill-out EDM
yes even i can visualize (faintly) the free spirited rider
thanks for the listen
TJ
yes that's what it's good for- piano
even though the overall effect is good, some interludes (like edm chords and synths) could be used.
other than that,enjoyed your track
thanks
TJ
Thanks man! I'm happy you enjoyed this old track. I agree with the vocals bit. This track can use a set. Unfortunately no one ever came up with anything. Maybe in the future.
not much a fan of this genre..but you have delivered what you said in the description
unusual vocals which actually work here..
the synths and arps are catchy good
good work
TJ
Don't really know what genre this would be, since you mention genre... maybe post punk would be the closest? Not many people are a fan of this genre. I think you've had to feel a lot of anger and sadness from your surroundings to appreciate it. I didn't really go into trying to make a certain genre, just immersed myself in the feeling. I don't think you can be an unusual vocalist unless you're an unusual person, so there's that. I work very hard on my synthesizers, and try to communicate that on every track. Thank you for the comment!
hey this was one track i was waiting to listen to.. thanks ludwick.
i like the synth part from 1.00 and also the string plucks are great.
yeah i feel this may need a vocal(but for some minimal use only).i think a female vocal should be great
TJ.
a rewarding listen EpicRecord, i liked the vocal harmonies , the guitar and the backing vocals.
even the piano and ambient rhythm is nice
thanks for this piece
