Tres Bien. How's the hand doing?? I like your voice, reminds me of someone but I can think who right now. I wonder how you would sound fully singing an octave higher as your low notes sound good. I would love to hear you produce an electronic version of prisencolinensinainciusol
Poke something!
Ciao
ahahahahahah prisencolinensinciusol! i really like it, but i can't reply Adriano Celentano unique style aahahahaha. Hand is fine, broke nail is grown as new, i don't feel any pain (maybe just a bit when humidity increases). About my voice... is heavily treated electronically in post production, because my original timbre is deeper. Thank you so much for listening!
Nice song. it's on the edge of vapourware but those vocals bring it all together. I especially liked the slight bit of overdrive you put on the vocal treatmenst. cool tune.
Paz y salud.
Nice guitar work on this one. The Bass is also very trippy with that glissando, I like this one, your vocals also work well with the tune. good work guys!
I loved this one. It's a beautiful song. You really are the master of this Glitch-Chill sound. I think itś less sad, and more melancholy-nostalgic feeling to the listener. Good work.
crucethus i never thought i will encouter a wise man of banana culture on Looperman :) Now you have my respect.
I´m really worried about the production in south america and around the world. I think our generation will be the last to taste Cavendish and all the years of trying to fight against the nature made them vunarabel. Thats sad. But I´m a huge fan of Saba Cultivars. i can used it for regular meals and a like a candy treat and when i go on stage i tape my mic on a banana and can even entertain people with it. Love and greeting from a banana
First of all, welcome back. I really liked this tune, it reminded me a bit of a David Sylvain track that he did a few years back that had this sort of Americana travelling vibe that your song also has. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LokBc3H_k1I

Hey Cru! Missed you and the other old timer c: I'm glad to see yall are still around! I've been around, just in the loops section :P Thanks for your review! Always very thoughtful!
Awesome, the psychedelic sounds and arrangement was amazing. That vox at 1:10, surprised the s**t out of me. Cool synth solo. There was a lot of thought brought into this mixing a few genres. Itś retro and future at the same time mate. A job well done. Its way too short, that fade out made me believe there was more to come ehh?
You have earned two White rabbits, a bunch of Moby grapes and a Fink Ployd tee-shirt complete with mustard stains.
I apologize for the late reply.
My wife came home from a 13 week
Nursing assignment, plus her birthday
is today sooo, I haven't gotten much computer
time this week(If you know what I mean):-).
I really appreciate your encouraging comments and
I'm looking forward to the "Fink Ployd tee shirt/with mustard stains.
BTW... Since my wife has been home I've been living on the Moon just in case you need an address to send my tee shirts. "-)
I like this one, cinematic in nature. I like how you filtered the beginning. Sort of as an alternative to bringing in military snares from a distance and then brightened the instruments in the end. good work
Yeah, it's exactly what I was going for. The sudden staccato build up of strings was literally adlib on the spot. At that point I was like, yup, this needs brighter drums.
Very cool, I used to use Audacity back in the day to master my songs. Reverted back to Sound Forge for Post mixes, and I just embrace Ozone 9 now. This is a cool tune, nice work.
¨I don't know V.,
if you realize how intimidating it is when
you first get on LM and hear guys like you Cru and many of the other great sounding music producers that were here on LM when I first came on board in 2019. I have received nothing less than a warm welcome and tons of helpful advice from the LM community. I plan to pay it forward as best I can with whoever I come in contact with
new or old.
Thank you for your listen and encouragement
it goes further than you think.
PEACE...So Jynx, I can honestly say I felt the same way as you when I joined in 2012. And I was lucky to find a great group of musicians in the early days who gave the right advice and which many have moved on. So I get where you are at, and believe me it is humbling to be put into the echelon you have described that you think we inhabit. Truth be told you guys the new group coming up are amazing for many reasons, mostly for the support and camaraderie you have for each other, but truly for the respect, you have for us dinosaurs. the respect goes both ways, and know that I truly appreciate what you are bringing to the table musically. Thanks for listening and appreciating. You guys have such talent and itś a pleasure to listen to it.
Cru
Hey Mickey, this is awesome, truly Warehouse worthy. I used to dabble around with a few Patricia pellas, and I agree her voice is perfect for this type of house. You did a wonderful job bringing their sounds and your sounds together. Congrats on a great tune.
Oh how I wish I had ever attended one of those Warehouse raves. I got to know house sound at work when I did cover design for imported Chicago House records back then.
You guys would love the deep-house genre. It's basically a minimalist disco with Jazz and r&B overtones on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IW93k0spZ4o
Deep Dish is a good example
Creative, innovative, and a really awesome listen. Melding chill with glitch will just progress this genre forward. People like you mate move things ahead. After listening to this, Im not sure if I am totally relaxed or just had a stroke, that's How I would describe this but in a positive way ;-) good work
Thanks cru for your stamp of approval, haha! yeah was very happy with the result of the tremolo. Really sets the tone in this track. I already changed the volume of the vocals before you listend to it so am not going to change it any further.
I cut my teeth on NYC tribal house, but I also love some deep house. The intro is sublime. Bass holds this together. r u really escaping gravity ehh? the vox is sublime in this one boys. Nice guitar ping pongs. Great tune gentlemen. I enjoyed my listen indeed.
Hey there Steven. You know how it is ... when you're ready to post a track there's always this challenge of choosing some genre from the menu. And in most of the cases what's offered does not really match your track so it's always a little of a somewhat uneasy compromise. Wanna say it's not really Deep House and I actually don't even know exactly how to define Deep House.
Welcome back, it is good to see u on here again, I love the intro. The vox reminds me a bit of Grimes. but this is a really good tune. I like that slight bit of distortion on the lead you bring to the table. good work mate
thank you for taking the time to comment glad the chilled out side of the track came out. i have remixed it as it battleing with it's self as it had beats running at different tempo's
Ahhh. brought a tear to me Eye. 40 years ago my classmate Rosario would not shut up nonstop about this tune back in the states. timeless mate and you nailed it.! fav´d
cool intro, Eighties like, ooh that bass tone is nice. That voice box was a bit scary like Richie had eaten a bad Hogie or something and recorded the aftermath of it. But you captured the zeitgeist of that time in NJ overall, good work. Myself; I was on Long Island NY and we hate NJ HATE NJ!!. But we respected Bon Jovi. and the Boss, that's about it. Jersey shore sucked.
Love the wah guitar. adds a nice atmosphere. smooth dark and slinky would be how I would describe this one. The piano is sublime. As if Bryan ferry merged with the Stone Roses and the Stereo MCs. good tune mate. Very atomspheric. Perfect fill at 2:56. The instrumental mixing is sublime. gets a fav ;-) The reverse guitar work reminds me of Manzanilla's work on Manifesto. great job I really enjoyed that listen.
I think this is the first time anyone has ever mentioned Type-O in regards to one of my tracks! I never really thought about that before, since I'm not a fan. But, since you mentioned it, I can totally hear it! I don't think he'll be doing any vocals any time soon. You know...given his current situation. HA! Too soon?
