Very cinematic track with a nice variety of mood changes. I'm imagining something a bit epic. A few men about to face many with no hope of survival. Perhaps a rear action strategy like the Alamo or Thermopylae.
Hey Man! I see that you could sense pretty well what my brother and I were going for with the theme of this track! ;)
I'm happy to hear you enjoyed it and liked what I created here! Have a nice day man!
This is the second song in a row that featured a great fusion of styles and genres. Nice piece, my brother, I'm looking forward to hearing more of your tracks.
This had me within the first 20 seconds. It reminds me of Pink Floyd with a touch of Alan Parsons and something else I haven't quite identified yet. Faved and downloaded.
Hi my friend, I'm glad you enjoyed. I am currently working on a new track, and soon I'll post the LM. I plan on finishing this song. Thank you for listening and commenting. It is important to me.
I noticed you had faved one of my tracks so I thought I should at least listen to and review one of yours.
I love the mix of sounds and styles in this piece. Production is great, choice of sounds is not only good, but also interesting. Your transitions are seamless. A great piece, my friend.
I love the track, but I would bring your voice a bit more to the forefront. You have a very sweet voice that is being suppressed by the music and a bit too much effects. Let the talent out, darlin', we both know you got it.
By the way, my East Coast brother, Though I live in British Columbia, I'm from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia.
The track is sweet throughout until the end. A fade out would be cool. Again the production was good, choice of instruments was good and your transitions flowed smoothly.
Damn nice piece. I'll be listening to more in the future for sure.
Saw you faved one of my tracks and thought you deserved a listen and a review at the very least. Let's see what you got.
"Picking" My Own Battles, love it. I am not familiar with the ska genre at all. This may well be the first "ska" track I have ever listened to. I liked it. I thought the choice of instruments (sounds) was good, the production was great and the guitar was awesome.
Excellent track my friend. Even better because its father and son. I've done one collab with my son, Funny Games. Well sort of collab. We put some stuff together then went our separate directions.
The guitar in your track is awesome but there is some kind of fault between 1:30 and 1:45, the music just dips. Anyways, beside that, this is a really sweet piece.
Hey John,If what your talkin' about is the whole song dipping around 1:43 my son did it Intentionally. When I sent the track back to him he added some changes like that,He's been experimenting with electronic music for a while now.The track I recorded to was straight forward.I am old school he is new so all I did was play guitar to his track,it is different for me.My motto is "I may not know what you want but i'll try not to make it sound bad"
Thanks for checkin' it out.
