Hey man! I really, really enjoyed the orchestral middle section to this. Some interesting elements throughout the whole song though.
I'd suggest moving the drum hits to match the other piano at the beginning to make it more 'natural sounding'… OR quantizing your piano a little (not too much! don't want it to sound like a robot playing). There are many ways to do this for both MIDI and audio samples. Youtube.
Keep it up man!
Feels as tho it resolves at the end with that very last hit. Should try continue the vibe without it IMO. Because the opening has a definite bop to it.
Agree with MWRatridge. Start is fine as is. Too bad its only an intro. It definitely gives a real sense of excitement throughout the whole 39 seconds. Great intro! But to what...? I'm curious! Hope to hear to following in time.
Cool dude seems like you got a knack for this creating music stuff. You've come to the right community. I hear some interesting sounds and rhythms here and you've got your transitions down.I wish i started as young as you. Keep at it mate!
Hey there sorry to hear of your loss. Stay strong. Hints of a pop ballad and r&b in there as well. Your drumming is exceptional, as sparse as it is. Nice song. Good times and Happy vibes from this one =)
Thanks, RS. I appreciate you checking out my track and hitting me with your kind words. I haven't noticed you before. Will have to check out your music.
The video is indeed quite amusing. Simple, but has it's moments, "pretty scary sometimes, real scary" lol. Interesting song and lyrics. I think the whisper vocal is very fitting man. Too short tho =) more funny lyrics.
Thanks for the nice comments Rampa. The images in the mock up video are from an awesome movie called Vampire Girl vs Frankenstein Girl. It's a WAY over the top horror comedy gore fest. It's online and netflix.
I'm haven't come up with lyrics for a second verse yet. Workin' on it. :-)
Hey man awesome interlude! Lovin the guitar work. Would like to hear the rest eventually. Hey just wanna say thanks for puttin me on to the Planet P Project. I really like their style. Some really exciting synth work, awesome harmonies and just something a bit different from what you hear from the bland popular music these days. Diggin 'the Shepherd' Might have to get a copy of their back catalogue =)
Hey cool song! Took me a while to get into it because i don't normally listen to this kind of music, but that's trance for you right? haha i quite like the piano work dude it's awesome.
Funky funky i like the funk undercurrent throughout the track. The multitude of sounds and FX keep things quite interesting. Is that some Fruity Loops samples i hear? haha. Great work though.
I second that!! (nineth that? haha) Amazing synth work. And that bass... lorde!! Alotta energy. Very fitting title. Interesting to read which instrument(s) stand out out more to the listener's ears in the comments. But you know you've done a great job with the mix when we can hear every instrument clearly.
Hey RampatheSwift thanks for the comments. Knew i needed a bass but I wanted to build the song up before I dropped the Bass. The synths took quite a while to get together because they are all loops. Again Thanks for Listening and the comments. Filaofsoul
AWEsome man. Loved the synths and the extended jam at the end =). Sometimes hard to hear your vocal/lyrics, but all in all sweet track. Great reworking.
this is great. i recently used this very pella on one of my tracks https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/147060 and in curiosity, have been scanning the loop for others tracks using it. there are at least 20 different tracks posted on the acapella's comment section and i found this track one of, if not the best of them all. the mix is exceptional! i wish to match this level of production some day. also, everyone else kept the track the vocal pretty much the same. i like how you rearranged it to make it your own. cheers
Thanks Rampa!! I really appreciate the feedback and am glad you enjoyed.
I love going through the sound banks seeing what I can mesh together. This has got to be the best community for collaborating that I have been a part of. Keep them tunes comin'!
Took me a moment to get into but we got there well before the end! i love Katie's vocals there top quality. Vocals fit well. You have done a great job with this one. Thanks for the refreshing sounds =)
Brilliant as ever. I loved the use of the vocals cutting in and out and stutter. I wish i had some proper speakers to here this tune on! But nevertheless my laptop speakers are pumpin this uplifting track loud and clear =) Everything fits so well. Your work is always top class Brillbilly!
Aww man this is so sweet! Right off the bat. This is right up my alley.. except my mixes are always cluttered. Yours is super crisp (jealous). Chill vibes. Love it man. Cheers for the download.
dude this is definitely that soundtrack to a a horrifying wait in the waiting room! i like how you used the heart rate monitor beep thingy throughout the track right to the last heartbeat. the track is sombre and really paints a vivid picture. great track!
awesome remix dude. goes hard!. the kick in that first drop is extremely violent haha. which im assuming is what your going for. last drop of the song is epic man. great work!
some really interesting sounds in here.. it really does sound out of this world.
is that the sound of your crash landed spaceship? all beaten up and sparking electricity? that's what i picture. it couldn't be anything else if i tried. truly stranded haha
Cool man i like it. Gotta Daft Punk feel wit the lead guitar?/synth? and also beat style. Very groovy and bouncy. Play at high volume to amp up before you go out alright! VERY, very different takes on the same sample but also interesting to hear. I'm so used to hearing the vocal waaay slower haha. i hope to hear samples i use with other people's interpretations more often now. good work!
this vocal is amazing. you do just enough behind the vocal to compliment her and keep things interesting, but at the same time allow her vocal to shine through. awesome track man.
man this is interesting the whole way through. like already said, there are so many diverse sounds that keep you listening. just awesome synth sounds all round. and great work of th 'boat creaking' synth (the best way i could describe it haha).
