this is great. i recently used this very pella on one of my tracks https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/147060 and in curiosity, have been scanning the loop for others tracks using it. there are at least 20 different tracks posted on the acapella's comment section and i found this track one of, if not the best of them all. the mix is exceptional! i wish to match this level of production some day. also, everyone else kept the track the vocal pretty much the same. i like how you rearranged it to make it your own. cheers

Thanks Rampa!! I really appreciate the feedback and am glad you enjoyed.

I love going through the sound banks seeing what I can mesh together. This has got to be the best community for collaborating that I have been a part of. Keep them tunes comin'!

Nice smoky ambient vibe to this, would make a great soundtrack for watching the sun go down with a few beers :)

MightyMemphis replied 29th May 2013 - 13 years ago

If you're on the west coast - some beers, seaside at sunset, sounds great! :)

I really loved the way this just carried me along.!

That beat and them vocals i found very hypnotic.!

This has a great rockin pace,i drives this track forward real good!

Love that drop to choirs then back to them hauntingly beautiful vocal parts.!

Nice use of loops, sounds really good. Vocals go well with the music and it sounds pretty epic when the vocal chants come in. Well done :)

This is for sure one of the sickest mixes I've heard for a while on Looperman. Seriously. I'm diggin the vocals, even more diggin' on the orchestral parts. Haha, I'm like giddy over it! Fantastic job broddah!

MightyMemphis replied 29th May 2013 - 13 years ago

Centrist - your synths drove this. I am constantly thinking of ways to build around your loops. Great stuff! Glad you like!

Wow you've done a really great job combining all this talent. Love the sleepy Billy Holiday style vox (apologies don't know who that was) which slips straight into a Mahleresque orchestral. Top job!!

MightyMemphis replied 29th May 2013 - 13 years ago

Thank you DR. You are right about the talent - i love this community.

Kbb0 did the vocals. :)
