Classic old time tune which never tires...a really good production however I would have liked more guitar solo somewhere in the middle just to break up the singing...nice stuff!
Hi srbrown7 and thanx for your comment. Yea that would be great with more guitar but I don't have the guts to cut up Patricias work. But maybe If I'll find the right acapella with a 16 bars of silence it could happend.
Great pads supported by the Dyno keys. Could see this building up to where a strong drum kit backs some lead guitar from Behnam! Very nice all the same
Very good strong vocals supporting a good song and the vocals are well mixed. Would have liked to hear more natural drums, something like Superior Drummer? Good guitar work. Perhaps a stronger bass? Quite catchy!
Regards
steve
Wow...how have I missed this one. Its bigger than Ben Hur!Super emotional track...the slow section is superb...perhaps a bit of a variation between 3.48 & 6.36 would have just broken up the intesity, like inserting the end bit?? Anyway loved it!!!
Steve
Hi, really like the feel of this track. Love the background sounds supporting the main tune. I agree the melody could be played a bit more sparcely, "less is more". Also perhaps mix up the melody playing with a couple of difeerent sythns?
Cool track all the same.
Regards
Steve
I'm the same, not a big fan of dubstep (ish) but this is more refined with a super bass sound backing it. Personally I would limit the harsher sounds for a "chorus" but nevertheless it works well.
Great mix of synth and natural type sounds. Love the variety in percussion and the bass groove. I would have liked a pause in the drumming just for a bar or so just for a bit stop start effect. Very good.
thanks for the comment srbrown7, as to what you mention the break ..... because surely! Emphasize the progression.
What happens is that this song / melody / tune (I have not yet clear that is) I did not think about it much and that often happens to me, I start things and if I think a lot:
or change
or lost as a certain freshness
or not and just stay in the drawer
Really like the concept of the song and really like the drums in the mix. Start is fantastic however the drums seem to dominate when they come in, could be how its coming in over the net?. Love the off key piano note and would love to hear that a little more often. Has the feel of early The Cure stuff.
lol.. To be honest.. I was drunk beyond imagination when i recorded this without any mastering and remembering me sloping over the keyboard and piano.. so.. I might do a second drift later on with more silenced drums.. Thank you for your comment tho..
oh ja Steve ..if U remember this was the first serious trial of mine which I uploaded here ..and the first which I senT to U too in email..and now when I look to Schelude it's unbelievable how fast time passed in looperman for me..
unbelievable how much I learned here from U all..found many good unseen friends from allover the world , and knew about the countries's cultures by their communities here..for example I have never known anybody from Australia before U..buT now when TV shows a sport match of Australia( as right now it's showing an I'm watching and answering U ),I think by myself hey Steve Brown's team..haha...and prefer Australia win ....Steve I wish someday humankind can controle the time...buT if that won'T make humans begin a new war for themselves....anyway thnx for your presence and attention to this trial again and best wishes my good friend.___Behnam
Lovely rendition of a suberb piece. My only feedback as to the quality is that it sounds that all notes are playing at the same velocity (loudness) which takes away dynamic range and touch. This can happen if you are using keyboard that is not touch sensitive or using the DAW interface. Try adjusting the velocity of individual notes to add more contrast to the sound. Also if you have an EQ on the master try EQing out the very top range 16,000 khz +
Keep up the good work
Steve
At first, thanks for listening and comment. I really appreciate it.
Well, I know nothing about music, I've never studied it, so... it's hard to me trying to understand what you mean with your comment.
I only "made" the song with the software. I have no more instruments/tools to make a better work.
I can't afford for music classes, my mom doesn't like that I "waste my time" with art.
I've tried to learn in internet, with no success. It's necessary a teacher.
I really thank you the criticism. I'll try to improve. I promise.
Thanks again for listening and comment.
Love the components in this track. Good build around a solid beat. Nice off key inclusions too. Topped of with great use of Stephanies vocals. Well mixed. Great work!
Hi Steve thanks for review. Its not Hiphop in the conventional sense, but I struggled to find a genre for this track. It would certainly fit into the Triphop genre if we had one. Regards Paul.
Love the "voices" in this track, oohs and ahhs. Some sound keyboard but some sound real. I agree with one of the instruments sounding "Cheesy" coming in at 1:16. A bit harsh against the rest of the mix. Overall though a real pleasure to listen to.
the voice was futurenalysis which I've now included in the title, I lost the download, but found it again, 'sorry for that' I will rework this track and work on the points indicated, your right 1.16 doesn't marry with the track, had a no brainer moment there, thank-you for your views they do mean something to me. thanks for the listen. Mickey
My word Behnam...this is a very skillful and beautiful piece. Very well mixed and arranged. Your signature slowdown in there as well. I think however you should try and do that sort of thing naturally. You definitely have the skill. Very well done and you should not have any doubts on your ability.
hey I'm listening your new track while answering U Steve . thnx alot for your encouragements as always and thnx for advice my worthwhile throughbred friend.and I've no doubT about my abilities Steve ..otherwise I wouldn't try to challenge those things U know .thnx for your presence, attention & perception Steve . best wishes.___Behnam
Really like the sirens blending with the bending synth. Great feel. The rhythm guitars? Actual playing or a VST? I only ask as I recently bought Rob Papens RG VST and it is very life like.
19 seconds in, hit download...wonderful, wonderful start. I agree with the switch at 1.00. Its quite a change of direction in chord and musical feel. I prefer how you bring in the voice at the end with the continuation of musical phrase you start with. Just love those ahhs at the start.
Hot, hot, hot! Fantastic song and your vocals are so strong and nasty with a drop of sweetness! Would love to hear you sing Barracuda by Heart. Take me back to the seventies!!!
Aw ... I'm afraid I'd never be able to sing "Barracuda", Sir !! It's so difficult and elaborate ! I thank you a lot 'cause you made me discover it . So ice of you to have left a few words here :)
Cheers

For me on this one,i just wanted to keep it minimal.
As you know any track can be changed at any time, i normally bugger up tracks when i start to alter so i leave that to the pro's lol
