Zootman

Dreamy and restrained. Beautiful, man.

Well everyone has already said it's a little different to your usual work, and that's true. Maybe it's just the drums that are a little more modern. I really like this one mate. Took a while for the vocals to come, but when they did, they were crystal clear. And I very much enjoyed the lyrics (always a failing of mine, listening to lyrics lol). Your guitar work at the end of this reminds me a little of Mark Knopfler. Great stuff my friend.

I always listen to your music when I'm around Micky, it's always interesting, always top notch production. This is really nice funky rnb. Typically dense to my ears. Actually, the timbre of her voice isn't dissimilar to yours (though maybe I'm imagining that or you did some backing vox too?!). And man, that guitar break at the 3 min mark is so sweet. By the way, I still have the track you sent me sitting in my DAW but haven't got to it yet I'm afraid.

Sweet bro. Been a while, been busy, but digging having an hour or so to do some listening. Hope all is well with you my friend.

cool man, dig the words and delivery. defy the program, defy the code - I try to do that with my own programming but its hard lol. Maybe it's easier for a machine.

Man, your stuff is always different. That's what makes it so enjoyable and interesting for me. Keep at it and I'll be listening.

Beautiful, dreamy ambience. You got me with this one, but then I'm a sucker for good ambient music. Great stuff, thoroughly enjoyed. Zoot.

Funny, sounds more like the 80s to me. It's too short:)

I have a real love of minimalist ambient and this is a great example. Delicate. Sparse but engaging all the way, nice mix of elements. I did a drone thing myself the other day called composition 7. Lovely listen before I go to sleep, thank you.

Must have missed this one previously. Very cool and great concept. Definitely got SciFi vibe going on. Yep, I think it needs some totally wild screaming synth somewhere along the line. Well done bro.

Beautiful and totally arresting in it's apparent simplicity. Loved the processing on the vox. I knew from the wave form this would be something different and cool! Keys at the end are worth waiting for. Somehow I knew they had to be coming... Great stuff for me.

I recognised the first guitar part straight off but then the vocal came in. Works really well. I wish I could hear the lyrics better, I caught the part about killing my boy friend, in that very angelic voice too lol. Hope you have a great New year.

I liked this from the first chord. Had several listens. I like the lightness of it. Kind of thoughtful too but with a sense of fun. Very good wee journey you took me on. But now I'm trying to work out who your other persona is!!

Yo Ian, 5 minutes well spent in my opinion. Lush, immersive and dreamy, mix sounds great. Happy new year to you!

Excellent. Love the laid back loose limbed feel of it. Guitars are awesome.

Some very cool work you have here. I love the diversity of genres you explore. Great sounds!

Ah yes, I believe you are a man after my own heart with regards to things Christmas. Very punk and very good fun. Quite a contrast to verdigos track lol.

Damn this is a beautiful and angelic listen first thing in the morning. Really like the drums, bass lines are great. Love the restraint and empty spaces. perfection in my book. Thanks for the upload.

This was a great listen for me. Your guitars are sounding really good, I liked the flow of the composition. Semi ambient really, which I always enjoy. Nice reflective track.

Aptly titled and described. Beautiful with some great seamless transitions. Did you ever see the movie Touching the Void? Worth a watch, though the book is better.

Love the intricate, finely enmeshed arrangement. Hints of dissonance make it poised on the edge of darkness. Great track for me.

Beautiful, ambient melancholia. This has a gentleness to it, not savage as these experimental pieces of yours sometimes are.

Buckled in ready for the trip....lift off into the funk yeah. Great track Micky, your musicianship is obviously outstanding but more to the point, your music is immensely pleasurable to listen to. Those two things don't always go together... Last track I listen to tonight, good to go out with the best. Hope Jynx joins us again one day. Kia ora from Down Under.

Mellow vibes Mr Smokey. Enjoyed this layed out on my back with eyes closed. Sweet track.
