Also, some of those tips should be just tiny increments. If you only notice it missing if you hit bypass, that is probably enough with reverb and delay. The drum compression and EQ boosting I would crank. Listen to different mixes in your car if you are stuck with PC speakers or earbuds.
Anyway, keep it up.
Yes clear. I usually mix on some nice headphones, then generate an mp3 and listen back on crappy phone headphones. I've also scheduled another lesson with my local Ableton/music/mixing gurus - those lessons are generally brutal, but very helpful. They never say "oh this is great" and I learned that's actually a good thing ;)
Nice track. Haven't seen one in a while :)
I'd put a hint of delay on the lead, a hint of reverb on the rhythm (small room).
Also you can scoop out the lows on the vocals, and possibly some distortion (saturation) to brighten them up, and a little reverb or delay.
I'd also use EQ to crank the bass on the drums and add distortion/saturation and compression to make them louder and brighter in the mix.
Love the whispery phone call. Was only 16 sec in and had to comment.
Fun track overall. Email me if you want, hope everything is well, ttyl.
Nice job.
Tracks may be a bit loud, causing some clipping in the drums. Try leveling to about -6 DB on the loud stuff, and get YouLean (it's free) to get the master at -14LUFS, that will make it sound way better without much effort.
Not an expert, just some thoughts to get rid of the clipping, overall good track.
Try sitting a limit on the amount of time you spend on a track. I have another life, so a track gets about 2 afternoons/nights (if that, sometimes just a couple hours) and that's it (I know that is an extreme example). I've seen talented people deliberate to the point where the work is never released. Just accept the fact that it is never "finished" and let it sink or swim.
Anyway, I'm no expert just food for thought that I'm sure not everyone will agree with. Great sounding track, like the creepy keyboard work and ambiance.
Quickly created & short in duration the idea for the CD "It Is What it Is" I've made 5 songs for it in less than a week. Thanks for stopping by & listening. I appreciate it.
Like all the odd vocals and confused tones. I know the feeling about categorization. There should be an experimental, progressive, or avant garde category. Your tracks are like good acid trips, entertaining and not too scary :)
You used the word I was looking for "avant garde". I wonder if that's a genre? It should be.
I really appreciate your comments and your listen.

You're absolutely right. I'm so glad there is a place I can go "LM" where I can kick it with people like myself who really just want to post tracks and listen to others, watching trends in real time. And if I'm not careful maybe learning a thing or two from you guys.
Thanks for your listen & comment.
Cool, crazy track. Wish the carnival teaser in the intro was a hair longer. Great job making dubstep-esque sounds that I can listen to without destroying my ears or speakers, well mixed. I like all the changes.
Thank you.
Orginally, there was another section before all of this that had more Barrel Organ in it. It was very carnival-like, but it didn't really fit with where I ended up going, and it would have made the whole thing too long. Typically, I'm alright with long songs, but when it's this fast paced and aggressive, even with the breakdown, it still becomes more of an aural assault.
Thanks for taking the time to listen and to comment. Much appreciated.
I think you were going for a lofi sound, but it kinda sounds like line noise in the beginning. I would turn down the bass kick a bit, it is clipping (you can see the top and bottom of the wave chopped off).
I like the breaks in the beat, very Aphex Twin.
You can turn the volume down a little on all the tracks, add a compressor on the master, and then turn the wet up a little, to get that hard bass without it washing out everything else when it hits (set a fast attack/release speed and about a 2DB knee). You could also just compress the kick and leave the rest alone, there are several different techniques.
I noticed you bounce around on your DAWs. You could always try Reaper since it's free (you just click "still evaluating" when it loads, and you don't have to buy it unless you create music that starts making a bunch of money). It also has a thorough tutorial list on youtube and the reaper site, as well as a 400 page manual, a bunch of downloadable samples, loops, plugins etc.
Some complain it's not as user friendly, but I like the tech stuff.
Also if you are interested in sharing a folder or something to collaborate for fun I'm down for whatever.
I've made one visualization video, I'm working on plugin chains that convert audio to midi, and then trigger video tracks and effects in real time, and it's a huge pain :)
I would reduce the chipmunk vocals and reduce the volume and eq the lead that comes in at 58 sec. Watch out for frequencies in the 4K range (they damage hearing), electronic music is full of them.
Overall good track lots of good ideas.
Here's a video that might help with EQing (it helped me a bunch):
I thought you mixed it well. No clipping at all, no wav form that looks like a brick. Sounds good to me. Watch out for 4K frequencies that are too loud (they destroy ears, and I don't hear it too much in this track, just letting you know). Overall sounds great, have some deserved confidence.
Great track, intense for an intense time. It would be nice if popular people were smart, but unfortunately we got the prom kings and queens calling the shots. High School for adults :)

It's going to be awhile. Last night it was reported that Trump withdrew the federal officers from the city. But, a reliable insider source of mine says they didn't go anywhere, but to a new hiding spot. Thus, giving the masses the illusion of "Victory". Sadly, The People aren't able to see the militaristic strategics coming down on them. Meanwhile, all I can really do is sit back and watch it unfold.
Also I don't hear anything in the beat to tune to, if there is supposed to be synths or something I would turn the drums down to about -12 to -6DB and whatever is in the background up to about the same. Most tracks are leveled between -12 and -6DB. Lowering your 808s to 50Hz and then gradually increasing the frequency by a semitone till it sounds right may also work.
Not sure what you mean by "proper." Maybe try 2 or 4 32nd notes with the 808s right before the snare hits to give it that "da-da-chick" sound. Also try the same thing with eighth note triplets "bum-bum-bum-chick."
Adding a hint of shuffle on the high hat and some 32nd note accents in the high hat also helps. One more thing, take an expected 808 beat out every once in a while, it adds tension.
I hope my little syllables made sense, not everyone knows what a 32nd note it, but trap abuses the hell out of them, and mixing triplets and a hint of swing to create some stagger in the beat (feel) is common.
