Hey Dave,You know i'm a fan of funk and this delivers it up on a nice jazzy plate, just how I like it.It's that Jazz element that feels so right to me in this groovy funky track.Your bass playing was a continuous treat and the guitars had just the right amount of fx played very well.
Thanks a lot for listening and reviewing my latest rock song. I will give you a review back today. I love country and rock as you can tell. I also do Blues with some slide, but haven't done any in probably a year.
I am working on another catchy rock tune spaced out for vocals to fit in. Another fellow said he's like to sing to one of my tunes, so I am trying that approach for the next song. So far, so good.
Thanks again Allen...I always appreciate hearing from you.
Randy
Truly flattering words my friend! It means A LOT coming from you. The first track i heard your guitar playing on was a collab with Vicen and it blew me away! I'm so glad you enjoyed this piece :)
And it is raining here in Fl!
You know this could..to me..be contemporary country, your voice reminds me of Leann Rimes at first listen,Awesome..you can do it all.
Man I love what you do Alen!
This is great stuff!
I'm gonna post our's soon.It feels like this in some ways cause it comes from you and has your musical signature on it which is so cool.
I think our collab is gonna have to be in the rock genre though cause I added so much guitar : )
I'm so impressed with how you put this song together,I am and will always be a big fan of your music,I don't review you as much as I should...forgive me,I'll fix that!
I appreciate your listening to this short song and comments. As you probably already know, this was a 2 part song. 1st part of 'Country Tyme' I put up earlier.
When I started out, I couldn't think of what else to put in it so I faded it out and faded in the 2nd part which worked well overall I thought.
'Muzicizmee4ever' liked the 1st part, so she decided to put lyrics and vocals to it.
Yes, she did an excellent job. So I am looking forrward to trying some other music with her in the near future.
Thank you Allen. Isn't it wonderful to be able to share the gifts the Lord has given us with one another. Music is such a beautiful media to convey our Lord's goodness!!
I don't know how you both do this stuff but it sure sounds good!
This site has exposed me to so much more than I would've sought out myself and I have learned a lot from it.
Hey Allen! I feel ya man. I couldn't agree more. Since I've joined this site I have learned so much and progressed in my music endeavors. Thanks 4 stopping by man! Gotta come hear your new works!
Hello Sam!I have to agree with Eshar, the track sounds so good as is and stay's focused on your lyrics and voice.
The guitar fits so well...I wouldn't "change" a thing!
Nice to hear you back rockin' Randall!
This is the kinda stuff I first heard from you that got me fired up about this site and the possibilities of home recording. You set the
standard for me and you continue to inspire with this track!
Hello there Allen,
Glad to hear I can still help fire you up some. :)
I will make more tunes in the coming months and I'll still do a variety of rock, country and Blues.
So I hope anything I do will help inspire you and others to do the best you can, and still have fun.
That means a lot coming from you. I would be putting more guitar oriented stuff up, but I'm still having latency issues and will probably need a usb souncard to get back on track..
thanks again, The Goose.
Man JKingz,...Wow..The best thing I could say to you is that you inspire me!This is way beyond a lot I've heard acoustically on this site, matter of fact,I'm gonna do another acoustic song myself soon and I'm gonna dedicate the inspiration to you in the description.
I live for this kind of acoustic push, not for any other reason than it's just that good and you did a very, very good job!
We recently had a thread about inspiration,I wish I had heard this before cause' your name would've been in there!
