That's not bad; it's interesting that the bass seems to be on 2 and 4 (rather than on 1 and 3 as I would expect).
Nice arpeggios. Bit short but should be a good start for something longer!
Hello. Thanks for listening. It's just a demo version. Of course, there is still a lot missing here. It is still being reworked and made into a full song.
Haha only 2 nights? I make a shed load of tracks but they often take weeks of tinkering to mature. It's quite rare mine are this finished after just 2 nights ;)

Central to Young’s work is the concept of “stasis,” as opposed to “Fluxus.” “Change or flux is inevitable,” Young wrote. “Stasis, or remaining the same, is impossible. Therefore, to achieve the static state is the goal, while the state of flux, variation, or contrast, is unavoidable and thus unnecessary as a goal.”
Hi BB, thanks for the listen! That quote is crazy, it kind of turns things on its head, makes you stop and think about the nature of reality, like a Zen koan. I did cheat a little (i.e. the bass line and a small bit of synth use extra notes), but the drone/pad thing is just the two notes. All the saturation and distortion I added brought out a bunch of evolving harmonics which I thought sounded pretty cool. I was going to call it 'Look Mom No Hands' since it didn't take many....
Ladies and gentlemen, Emerson! Lake! Palmer! and Ducks! :)
That was great, I'm transported straight back to the era of Prog Rock. And it's good to see I'm not the only one here making 70s music :S
Lovely stuff!
Hello BaoBou, thanks for listening and the nice comment. However, I have to tell you that there were no ladies involved... these are my voices, not pitched...
Cheers,
Micky
I think that would be a strong intro.yo.a.lomger track. Add some lyrics and a verse and a chorus, I think they'll follow quite naturally from what you already have!
Your poems are always the best Aleksandr! Making the vocals of both singers work is tough; usually it's best to give each of them their own space. But it sounds like you're doing a happy Karaoke together even though you're half a planet apart and that's probably the best outcome. Peace!
Also btw have you ever considered doing a collab with Mark/kingmt77? You guys potentially complement each other and you seem to have similar styles... ish?
