on Guitar Piano and Me in Am by glennwhite6504

This is so relaxing, without putin me to sleep. GReat balance between all the voices, and they don't get in each other's way (that's usually what I do because Bao the piano player wants to show off, then Bao the Guitar player says I can do better and Bao the bass says yeah but what about my solo ;) )
Great stuff Glenn!

on Elegy in a modern world by AnthonyAttard

That intro is already amazing and then it only gets better. If this is for someone you lost, then sylluphthria file mou (hug). You created something truly beautiful.

AnthonyAttard replied 29th Jan 2025 - 1 year ago

Thank you so much file mou.
Some persons in our life carry the role of a landmark. Losing them is like losing part of our history. I am really glad you liked my song.
Best wishes, Anthony

on Options Interlude - CXRTER by swansea

That's great! Is the vocal an acapella from here?

Hello BaoBou, I'm really happy that my co-pilot and I were able to work together again. It always adds up to more than just the sum of the two of us. Thanks for listening and for the nice comment.
Cheers,

on Daft Punks Sound Keeps Eluding Me by eMBossed

I think you're not that far off, it's really a bit Daft Punky, but it's also your own thing, which is good. Keep making your own stuff!

eMBossed replied 17th Jan 2025 - 1 year ago

BaoBou, you're a treasure! Thank you!

on King or Queen by MzCinema

Very nice. Start small and make more ambitious tracks every time... And who knows you can be the next Hans Zimmer ;)

MzCinema replied 18th Jan 2025 - 1 year ago

Very true, once I get past the self belief and laziness barrier, I'm sure I can keep improving my stuff. Thanks very much for taking the time to listen/leave your comment!

on 250116-79bpm by JohnMatteson

A nice loose blues feeling. You could potentially tighten it up a bit (and maybe speed it up, ZZ Top style?) but this is already very pleasant and a great jam!

JohnMatteson replied 17th Jan 2025 - 1 year ago

Thanks for listening, I usually set my bpm to around 110, this was 79. good constructive ideas, thanks again

on When will you see feat Sam Ho by Nonube

The vocals are very good.
It's all very free flow, and that works well. Interesting!

No problem, just keep feeling good.

BaoBou 15th Jan 2025 16:40 - 1 year ago

on Lets start feeling good by Wooster27

What ho! Really happy and lovely track - it's just too short. I could easily listen to this on repeat, old chap!

Wooster27 replied 15th Jan 2025 - 1 year ago

Tally Ho my good fellow, thanks, it is about the standard length, maybe I could add a bit.

BaoBou 15th Jan 2025 11:35 - 1 year ago

on added vox by likeabodybag

Really nice. The accents in the vocal are a couple beats off from the melody and that makes it very jazzy, well done!

BaoBou 15th Jan 2025 11:23 - 1 year ago

on Driften by Polyfronetic

Awesome track. Iwas headbopping from the start. I love the swooping "laser" sounds. Brings me back to the 90s, in a very good way!

Polyfronetic replied 16th Jan 2025 - 1 year ago

Thank you very much for your feedback. If I find the time, I will take your input into consideration to make the track a little smoother.
