cheers for helping point out the flaws, it's really good to be pushed out of the comfort zone sometimes. If you guys haven't noticed the snare problem - I would have left it as it was. And now, listening to the old version - it does sound dull
thanks for your feedback!
okay, at first I only wanted to fav it without saying something for I thought it sounds like some nice summertime music but as soon as that tapestop-effect set in in I sat there and simply stared at the waveform not believing what I hear.... don't get me wrong, it's great like that, it just completely startled me for I did not see that coming... and I like to be surprised when it is about music.
thumbs up for this, Behnam^^
Simon merci for your carefull attention & nice commenT , glad to see some one else buT myself too has liked that Bending movemenT . in that movement which U've pointed , music totallY Bends to ( - 27semitones = - 243 syntonic comma of didymus ) in a designed duratin timinG & then begins again by main Tonic note & them in nexT movemenT.it's a self style technique of mine which I have tried to make it by mathematical trial & errors for myself. if U like it I can do it in anyone of several musiX which I have from U my good friend.tell me whenever U want.thnx again for your presence & best wishes.___Behnam
you know benahm, the thing I like most about your trials - this one being no exception - is the fact that they always have a certain unique feel to it - and actually they always seem to brighten up my mood so max respect for that...
Simone du bist hammer & so honoured I am if a tallented musician like U thinks by these words abouT my musical trials . & I'm very glad whenever I may think my music has brighten up anyone's mood speciallY a good friend like U .best wishes man.___Behnam
away from the fact that that ain't really my kinda music, I was a tad... confused.
The Bass seems to only play from the left side, while the distorted guitare sits in the middle... to get a better sound you could try panning the guitare hard left and hard right (to seperate them you could add a slight non-feedback delay set to 100% wet and around 10 to 30 ms to one of the channels, instant seperation... or you could record the guitare a second time (possibly changing the effects slightly) and then pan the first hard left/right and the second record hard right/left, aka, double-track...)
The Bass on the other hand: put it directly in the middle... especially the sub just needs to be there, you could pan the things above say 200 Hz a tad, but everything below should really stay in the middle. you would get a better sound instantly oO also, since the vocals seem to be center panned, this should give them a tad more space as well
the track itself sounds good thought, just not really my kinda music, as said.
also: I just try to be helpfull, not dissing you or something. xX
Hope I don't offend you if I saay that this track has something strangly... bubbly... to it oO
Also: just when I thought that it starts to get monotone it started to get some nice drive
funny and enjoyable track, so thumbs up XD
beautifully melancholic, maybe even sad, yet soothing...
...one of the few tracks that actually resonated with my own feelings somehow... don't know how I could better describe it...
Simon glad to see U after awhile here again & also glad if U may have liked iT , your analysis abouT being sad is true in my idea too & I appreciate your true perception abouT this trial of mine .best wishes.__Behnam
I guess the main reasons why people tell you it is to soft for hardcore are firstly that the Kickdrum is not really up front, also it is unushuall for the bass in a hardcore-track to follow the harmony and it also seems a tad slow... ok, last point could be because I ushually listen speedcore....
way from that, I really like it... You see, maybe it is a tad in the wrong section but still it is a neat - and somewhat dreamy as well as strangely happy - track, so thumbs up for this oO
very nice work here. While I am not the greatest dubstep lover ever, I think this is quiet neat... really intresting what you can get with just one loop.
i just was testing out routing and stuff in reason and thats why i did the challenge... it wasnt really to make a song as such... just to find out what sounds i could make... and it was good fun!
nice n chilled one... if it weren't for the vocal-sample I get the picture of a bird flying through a metropolis in fast motion from dusk till dawn... and yes, double-pun intended XD
thumbs up for this ^^
away from the fact that your voice is amazing, I actually like the Instrumental, maybe a bit basic but good oO
the only thing I wonder is whats with that background sound like someones opening a can of lemonade or somethin'...
meh, doesn't matter.
thumbs up for this great, even thought WIP, track!
Haha! You caught me! My office doesn't have a door and with my condenser mic... I pick up everything in my household... including people at the other end of the house opening a can!! When listening back to it I had to laugh cause it reminded me of cocking a gun. This is just rough and I plan to change vocals according to various instrumental builds, so I kept it for the irony ;) Good ear!
I am a bit surprised, great voice.
Let's just say I wanted to give it a listen for it is DnB but I actually stayed for the vocals so thumbs up for that.
Being a head strong instrumental electronic lover (with minimal vocals) I knew I was taking a risk making a DnB vocal track. This was an expression of how I felt for an acoustic song I wrote. There's still so much I want to do to this track instrumentally! Thanks for listening!
p.s. I too am a caffeine fiend lol.
sounds like a nice summertime track... and also like somethin' out of a game... actually reminds me on Secret of Mana, can't really tell why thought.
Like this one for its lighthearted feel and actually bringing some sun into the room... even if its only sonically for the weather here is the direct opposit XD
hi Ishimizo & I appreciate you for taking time to listen to & commenting on it . nice to read your remebreable analysis
specially becaus obviously you've heard glockenspiel sound several & sevaral times.

gotta love the mix between the rather trippy, dreamy melody and the aggressive basses. while the drums really could stand out a bit more (awesome snare btw), this is non the the less a wicked track.
