I cant beleive that there are no reviews on this bluesy downhome and to earth blues number!! The only thing to say is the lyrics were GREAT and Instrumental Playing is TOP NOTCH and the overproduction is simply outstanding! FAVED! Downloaded!!

You have a nice mixture of sounds oing here! a well layed back tune. Great live playing of the instruments shows a lot of talent!! Get this one to around 3 minutes and you got a hit!! Fila

Just bouncing around listening when I came upon this GEM!! What a production Great opening which had me hooked for all 5:06 great use of the sound effects throughout this production that really set up the title. The Bass playing was so smooth and excellent. Had to FAV this one because I will be listening to this again!

thanks Filaofsoul it was cool to have the girlfriend involved with this one it gave her a better understanding why I have the headphones on my head so much! She really enjoyed going into character and for a moment becoming someone else!

Man this track was sweet. I especially liked the keyboard progression and sound - Harmonica was spot on!! Your voice reminded me of somebody but I just cant put a tag on it right now!! great job!

Hey Bud was just checking in when I saw you on the featured track and took a listen like I should have been all along with your amazing talent and the verdict is in--Outstanding from the quick intro to the quick kick to the main song- Outstanding - and the breaks were right on-- don't know much about the El Nino (warm water returning to the cold) But this is hot!! I loved the Spanish Flavor and the extordinary guitar Playing!! Great Job!! Two more tunes like this and I am going to start to write me a new Western. LOL Fila

So sorry that I didn't get back to your reply sooner. Kinda had a lot of messages come in and piled on top of yours that day.

Anyways, I appreciate your comments on the Spanish type tune. I am glad you enjoyed this tune. I had fun making it. Much of it was from a loop CD I have of nylon guitar. Like putting a big puzzle together.

But I finally finished it and it seem to come out ok. So reviews like yours and others make it worth while for me.

I'll check out and see what you have new.

Finally got here and was not disappointed- loved the intro and the sax fill in with Slap!! Vocals were clear and crisp. Outstanding job!! I would think about taking this song to 3 + this has a lot of potential!! Fila

WOW- They are right the bar on the competition is definitely at its highest level! I just posted my entry into the competition but while I was working on it I did not want to listend to other versions. Now that it is posted I am checking them out and man you and that sax must have been born as TWINS. LOL I could feel it as you hit that upper register-- Great Job!! Checking in the FUNK section when I played this number of yours man my office got funked up right away!! The bass and drums were smoking! I like the changes at 1:13 and 1:29 and the way you ended it at starting at 4:08 this had a nice mix to it!! Enjoyed!!

Hi Fila,

I believe this is the last tune you reviewed today. Probably wore you out with all that rock!

I am working on more of a Techno one now. We'll see how that turns out. It'll be somewhat half keyboard based. I just bought new Korg M3 so that is fun to play with.
