Like many people here I have listened to the earlier version. this sounds ready for radio, although I don't listen to radio any more. This track will appeal to a whole lot of people. So I am not a big fan of this type of music, but I am a big fan of your production skills. This is top notch, I wish my tracks had that clarity. I read why you wrote about the frequency, I have been playing a little with that, I think I need to spend more time on that. well done, and best of luck with it, hopefully it will be heard on radio soon :)
Love this song, I love your vocals. Plus, I visited Wichita Texas a few days ago :D
I can't add much to what the others have said about it, if you ever fancy a collaboration with real instruments then check out my other tracks and come back to me, maybe we can do something. Cheers, TG
Thanks, glad you enjoyed the track. I actually live in Wichita Kansas. I'd love to do a colab with you. I like the style of your music. I don't know, maybe look at my work and see if you could match my style with an instrumental and ill ryhme over it. Peace.
Very nice, I like your vocals a lot. As Modnex said, drums/percussion would be nice. I really think your voice track deserves real instruments - nothing against loops but sometimes... If you want to know how to maybe do that send me a PM. Cheers, TG
This is so complex and unusual, so many things happening... I think this is really good, especially from a technical point of view. A lot of electronic music is repetitive and looped, but this is a complex piece of art. Well done!
Thank you much for the positive words! I've been really enjoying the compositional process lately, and I'm happy that it shows. I like exploring the effect that certain limitations of notes, and the subsequent available intervals can have on a song. I really appreciate you taking a listen!
I like it! If it were me, I would add some guitars but I am a guitarist and I would add guitar to anything :) . I liked the last part at the end of the song, maybe you could have used that in the middle to give it some variation, but nice song, good flow. Well done!
hahaha loved the story :D track is cool too, I was trying to imagine what part of the story fits in with the music. I was half expecting to hear a bong gurgling at the end :D
Thanks TeeGee! I'm happy you enjoyed the track. I hope you was able to find out where all the events were from the sound effects. Hopefully it wasn't too hard to decipher. As for the bong sounds, that sounds like a great idea. Maybe I'll throw that in there.
Hey there, nice track. I am sure it is going to be a good one with more additions. I liked the last section without the drums too. The transition on 1:36 sounds "sudden", was that on purpose? TG
Hello .
yes that's on purpose , but maybe not considered enough .
do you have any better idea for that ?
your suggestion about last selection without drums is interesting too and I respect .
thank you very much for support .
I'm not going to lie to you either, I am probably 35 years too old for this music. But I was drawn to listening to it by your description :D . I wished I was fukkked up, too! Anyway, I don't think it is horrible at all, but maybe other people are better judges for it than me. Cheers :D
Well since we're now on a "Not gonna lie" thing. I'm really glad you appreciate this. Doesn't matter if "other's are better judges" ...? I'm glad anyone likes my music enough to listen or even comment. Many thanks man.
Very cool, love the singing. I think it's probably more pop than blues, but who cares. Maybe you should add some guitars, as others have already suggested.
Thanks for commenting...I appreciate all suggestions, but the track isn't mine...Ijust added flavoring...lyrics, vocals, message, etc...
And yes guitar would add a very nice quality!
I had a few runs listening to this song, first impression is damn I like this guitar sound, for some reason it reminded me of the layered sound on Boston tracks. It really has a very nice wide sound, perfect for a good vocal. I red all the comments by the others here, and I don't think I can add much more to it. All will depend on the singer, and obviously you will have to re-balance the song with the vocals again, and that will make everything sound slightly different. I hope you post it here, I would love to hear it! Cheers, TG
Thanks TG!! Appreciate the honest feedback. The way things are looking now, this song will sound very different in it's finalized stage :) Thanks for the listen!
I listened to both versions, I think I prefer this version. I can't understand the words, it is more like an instrument. Some sort of Mantra. I really like this, and those swamp slide sounds. Very very cool blues track, well done both of you!
Thanks a lot for your friendly comment TeeGee1965
Nice to hear that you could enjoy our little swamp slide blues like song.
One of eth reasons why i didn't changed the version here on looperman was that i also like this bit more muddy sound. But there are still listener who prefer a version with some little bit cleaner vocals. So now everyone can listen to the version he likes :)
Yeah I like it, chilly laid back track. If it was mine, I'd probably add a guitar solo, but then again I would add a guitar solo to scrambled eggs if possible :D . Seriously, nice work!
Wow those guitar parts are KILLER!! You know I love my guitar solos, but this is something else. Great piece of art you produced there. Well done!!! TG
