I ALMOST like this as much as Dopple Spatten. ....
Cool effects.. cool build.. I need more mids and bass... Like side chain the bass to the guitar slightly witha huge cutoff... in general?.. but that's very modest I think. as this feels full in the monitors and multiple setups... I think yer holding back a little.
Sick... This is awesome.

Ummm thank you, I think I have got more sophisticated. The other week I was compiling a discography of the tracks I've made...I still haven't finished, but anyway, I was listening to some of my tracks from a few years back and cringing in places lol. I definitely think I've improved over the last year.
Thanks for encouraging and inspiring me along the way dude :)
Elaine
I mean.. hah.. I can remember when I was really into the Sex Pistols, and like... Green Day... and then I just woke up the next day.. and I didn't give a crap for the dudes anymore..
And I still look back on that... moment in time, of my life,... with joy.. and no regrets... but I had to move on?
The reason I say that broseph, is because I think your ... divergence from the DnB territory is a necessary growing pain bro.
No matter how much you love that original idea, you can always look back on it, and be like... I was THERE.
That was me.
For a short periods of time, do we have the opportunity to have our voice heard.. and being a person, that has seen you go thru a huge amount of growth....
It's epic.
This is great...
Amazing.
Piany is wonderful.
Trip-hop drums
really reminds me of Telefon Tel Aviv (rip Charlie Cooper)
I am gonna be the one ass in here that gives it too you straight..
This is amazing... I mean.. I feel like I suck at music hearing this..
But it... coming from a place that I do ... you know?
Being around .. musicians and studios.. it's easy to tell what is synth and what is not... you know?
So my complaint.. is that.. you could balance the synthesis loops versus the amazing loops and amazing talent you have..
DUDE SERIOUSLY.. you are like... one of the best arrangers I have ever encountered..
But this could go a long way with having ... a sense of space... .. depth perception from Piano and bass. and ... how the strings and synth sound... everything has a place in the peripheral listening experience...
That's all I am saying.
I love you dude.
Mediafire ey?
Well I thank you for the compliments dude...they mean a lot coming from you. You know I really dig your music and appreciate your skills as an arranger and producer. You still make me jealous, but more than that and more importantly than that...you make me smile. When I press play on one of your tracks and I can feel the vibe and the groove that you felt when you were making it...that's one of the great things about music and I think it's what unifies people.
So...I don't think you're being an ass...I mean unless you're coming from a place of being an ass(and only you would know that)...then you are only being honest with what you hear and perceive and I know that you're comments are only designed to help me improve.
Anyway thanks for listening and reviewing dude...and adding to your faves.
:D :D :D
Oh before I forget, I mean it was how we got talking wasn't it...you being honest and offering an opinion about my music...so fret not.
I kept listening.. thinking it sounded like a guitar with a wah-wah...
I really liked how you used the grind of the two-step to pull into the melody too.. too often, when I do dubstep, i let the rythm carry the track, and it's not good..
But so it goes..
To be honest, I really needed more ambiance... I didn't have a pad to rest my treble on lolz
You are rocking the drums on this!
I like this very much!
Perhaps... I hear just atmosphere?.. You have a short burst of awesome there, .... perhaps some atmosphere... like... say you are walking into the bathroom of the club, and the track sounds muffled?
then downshift the track into high gear?
:)

Thanks for the comment... i'm trying to improve my vocals on each track, but i can't find a good place in home with good acoustic. Btw, can you tell me what are falling notes? im kinda new in music.
Guess I am not a lyricist, but hopefully more of an audio poet.
Stitched things like glitches on the kick and stabs would have arrested the beat for me a little more.
(I am really into glitch and don't recommend it lolz)
Levels sound wonderful and amazing, and I am totally showing this to my friends and family, and they love it.
LOL AbePod. That seriously made me crack out loud :P
Dude Ive always wanted to come back to this one. I agree, its to simple. I think I just need to bring my nw skills to it. Maybe test a couple of ideas Ive had for electronic music...Deadmau5 has been blowing my mind lately lol.
Thanks for the rev!
I think HMNN is probably the greatest loop creator, followed by the obvious mentions..
Kinda reminds me of the brilliance that Simmerdown/Dung/Cass did with his trip to Russia...
You should check out... dezentral from here on the loops.. dudes an odd-one out, but he does some epic stuff kind in the same vein...
lol at the gunshots... and knives... you know you can open up most game sounds with winrar.. just a fun fact....
Hmn... I need a somber melody tho too... I think artistically you have an awesome piece, but ... what is the story?
I need a melody on top of the lovely work you already have...
Levels feel a little hot, but I don't trust my ears anymore lol
This has a wonderfully sick beat that is ... mulling with this really nice syncopation. Of all the beats I have heard you on (thus far) this was my favorite mix...
I am chatting with you on Facebook tho, so ... basically just keep it up!! Experiment more with your voice as an instrument, I love how you use your voice to tell me a story, but I also want you to play with the release of passion you have for each word more too.
Critical Acclaim??? Humn.... Super Liquid flows.
I always relate to Punk Rock and Heavy Metal.
But things about this kinda remind me of old school hip-hop, the sick-ass stabs, just stab stab stab and the unrelentless flow.
I love it.
DnB and Decibels are two of my favorite things!
I hear more cymbals?
Love the sound, I am gonna have to check this out against the original!
you know thats what I find so frustrating about posting here....
I was making this kinda stuff when I was messing about with loops at the beginning... now coming back to this genre (industrial) I'm quickly remembering why I quit the loop nearly two years ago.... and came back a dnb artist
people here aren't interested in musicianship or people doing good...
you only have to look at the response me and Rolla got to the label.. not a well done from anyone.. except you brother...
and we've released artists from here on the loop.. like simmerdown and jkaos1000...
I'm sad to say I've found that you can post any kinda rubbish as long it's in the right genres...
some of the rubbish I've posted in dnb and dubstep and people review their backsides off
Quincy Jones meets Boards of Canada? I think you've just topped yourself on the hyperbolic praise scale Alivid. Seriously though, thank you very much. It does mean a lot that someone as talented..okay I know you don't like that word..someone as good at producing music as you likes this sh*t. It would mean a lot even if you had never made a song in your life, but it means a little bit more considering.
And yes, the 320 is on it's way. I was gonna send it anyway, but I'd have to be a massive d*ck not to especially after the aforementioned pinnacle of hyperbolic praise you so kindly bestowed upon me.
That last bit sounds like I've just flashed back to the 18th century.
Anyway.. I am honored sir. This is why I do loops. To hear amazing stuff like this... I could make you more, just tell me what in the hell preset I saved it under lol.. Definitely my 808.
Anyway.

(I would also love to hear a Larz vs. Eshar remix)
Man... I dunno what is going on tonight!!
I went and saw some live music but I really really wasn't feeling it. The bands felt contrived and the DJ was playing crappy trance.... Just like BAH!
and then I see 2 of my ex girlfriends (one even from grade school!) and the looked amazing and I was just not amused man!
It was crazy too... and I was listening to my terrible remix of In a Box Room with a Lighter (haha you would have to pay me to hear how terrible it sounds lol)
But I am just feeling listless and just like "blah" right now!
I need some your stuff man, gimmee a face lift.
You know what I would like on this man?.. More reverb (especially on the hi-frequency stuff --a nice jazz club kinda reverb you know????), .. but other than that
YES... see man this is what it is about.
You are putting the childish crap about genres and the scenes (yes they are ABSOLUTELY important-- I don't go to "new wave" night expecting a good time. I know it)
But you are stretching the range of your voice. You got style broseph.
Just keep on keeping on, and we need to EFFING collab when I get my life together.
You should send me a 320 of this and I will send you a virtual hi-five.
(OH btw it kinda reminded me of really old school DnB when they just groove on a theme... really good man)
I remember e-mailing you and I did get your recent e-mail, but I am doing a remix of Anak Pisang.. Not this track.. But it's gonna be good.
I love the analog goodness.
Cass's little thread has kinda been a godsend.
Sean,... I cannot WAIT for the day we meet. I am just trying to assume the worse, because I know it's going to be amazing.
We are going to blow minds man. I would absolutely do an Extended Play with you and we could do some shows! Hahahah Could you imagine walking into a starbucks and pulling off the stuff we do live?
Awesome.
This is awesome. Disonance and perception both at play.
I'll send you some more soon. I hadn't considered remixing any of this stuff until simmer said he was planning to. I've got a couple I think you might really enjoy.
Yup - one of these days. Maybe we'll have to do an insurrection performance in Oly or Aberdeen. We can invoke the ghost of Curt.
Ahh Man! You totally gotta keep this 4-track mentality!
Personally, and I know you would second the concession, but I would love some bounce-downs and more reiterations all around so you get that beefier sound for this.
But yea.. Dubstep down to 4 tracks? Yup. This is great. I mean, All of the so far added "caveman" tracks definitely have been heartfelt kinda acoustic pieces (I still need to check them all out), but PERSONALLY, I really really enjoyed this one, and I may say it's my favorite so far.
Just because you did this with only 4 tracks lol.
Now imagine 16.
Nice track!
Lemmeee know if you continue further!
Definatly need to work on the drums on this one, but I don't think I'll get much with this track though, not as a breakbeat one, but more likely as a dance-ish thing, like the original.
I would, but this is so out of date now. Its been ages since I've made a track under 150bpm, so I probably need to re-try dancey housey stuff. This was a pretty good one at the time, but I'm somewhat ashamed of it now.
Thanks for the review though!
