Ok ao anyone that listens to my tracks knows that i love drum n bass...but i fully appreciate every type of music too. So when i saw a track labelled jazz i had to check this out...and you definitely did not disappoint me. This track is so smooth, and so tight, i really enjoyed it. Excellent job with this, i'll have to go check the vocal mix now. I know she has a great voice so i'll be looking to compare the 2.
Again great work
Dj Swindla aka Mike
Thank you Mike, :) Unfortunately i can not play any Instrument you put in front of me, ;) but anyway it´s fun to play with sounds. eSoreni wanted to make new vocals for us, but i think she is busy with other things. ;) A pity, cause she has a wonderful Jazz voice.
Greets,
Uwe
i like the track, sometimes i felt like i was listening to 2 different tracks that were mixed together but thats not always a bad thing. Cant wait to hear what else you have coming.
Peace
Dj Swindla
I love the darkness, as a matter of fact i'm laying in my crypt listening to your track...and i have to say i absolutely love this song. If Dark Limbo is as good as this song then i'm a fan already. The atmosphere in this track is deep and dark, have i mentioned that i love dark? Now i must excuse myself, you've inspired me to make another dark DnB to add to my collection.....keep it up man, i'll be looking forward to the rest of the tracks that you put with this one....hopefully just as spooky, like me lol.
(Rest in) Peace
Dj Swindla aka mike
Thanks for the great comment, Mike. I'm happy this track was able to have such an affect on you. Its always a great feeling to know that your music was able to inspire others. It makes making music that much better. Most of the songs on the Dark Limbo soundtrack will be in the spooky field, so I don't think you'll be disappointed there.
Ok so i've decided to comment on your track, but i'm not gonna even assume that i can rate the rapping..i dont rap lol i make beats. I like your track from the beats and vibes side of things. Tight highs, loose and deep lows , great levels and production.
So good job from the beats side of things and i hope to hear more from you soon
Peace
Dj Swindla
Mate thank you for being first to review this one, lucky I looked back at this one, I actually started the base of the track a few years ago, it went into giving me the shits folder, so thought would have another go about 3 yrs after last attempt, yes prob be my last one, do have more vocal bits n piece's so you never know may do another but doubt it...Peace n respect...mosaic...
Hey man, you know me i have to always drop a comment concerning your tracks....mostly because i always appreciate them so much. This won't be as huge and wordy as some comments but that's just the way i roll..
I really like this track, the beats are very well done and i always love the layering that comes out in your tracks. The way you use the sounds and vibe in your tracks always have me wondering "what next?" and you never fail to disappoint from track to track.
Excellent work my friend, I can't wait to hear what else is next in the world of the StaticNomad.
Peace
Dj Swindla
Thanks very much for the support and appreciation. It is appreciated.
"i always love the layering that comes out in your tracks."
It's a huge part of what I do, partly because I have very little idea of where my tracks are going a lot of the time so I just try to jam along and add parts that I find interesting and which might fit.
Layering creates relationships which I rarely imagine in my head beforehand. There are always surprises from how different sounds interact so I try stuff and see what works and what is detracting from the track. I often seem to make melodies just from the interaction of different jammed parts. So, the melody seems to be spread between a few instruments rather than all coming from one instrument. I'm good at grooving along with different instruments but not as good at coming up with lead melody lines.
" I can't wait to hear what else is next in the world of the StaticNomad."
That's good to hear. Next is more cello-dominated tracks. I'm teaching myself how to play just by recording it a lot and seeing how it comes out and what other techniques I can use to add to whatever I've already recorded.
I have a whole bunch of cello tracks right now that aren't really working as I'd hoped.
They're frustrating me but this has happened many times before. Eventually I make some sort of breakthrough and everything (mostly) turns out just fine. But I always wonder if any particular track will be one that I just cannot manage to turn into something good and complete. There's no way of knowing.
I also think I should get back into my other instruments (eg guitar) as I think I might have been going a bit too cello crazy in the last 8 or so months.
This track is F*cking GREAT!! Everything about it was so good, i wish it was longer though. i could listen to her voice forever and the vibe you threw down was so groovy... i could listen to this song all day. I can't wait to see what you do next.

New Songs On The Way I Been Busy So I Got Music I Just Haven't Posted Yet. But You Can Check Me Out On Sound Cloud & Reverb Nation As Well. Thank You Keep Listenin New Music On The Way Asap
This track sounded alot like cabaret voltare from back in the 80's....awesome track. Maybe give it some volume so it can be properly heard? way too quiet dude is the only thing wrong with this....good job otherwise, cant wait to see where you go from here...
peace
Dj Swindla
Just fixed the volume issue. The last song I uploaded got some flack for being too loud so I was trying not to do that again but clearly I went from one extreme to another. lol. Thanks for pointing it out and thanks for listening. :)
Umm, ok, some people have written reaaally long reviews, i'm afraid mine will be shorter. First the intro is amazing, she sounds like my kind of girl - hot and most probably possessed by Satan...mmm satan. Lol
I like everything youve done with this track, i could see me hunting clowns in the forest to it, and you know how much i love to do that...
Anyways..i love the darkness (of course), i love the dance parts (cant wait to hear the final product) and of course i loved your description because in it you said the magic word that always keeps my attention....
Booby hehe....
Good job bro

Dj Swindla
Thanks man! Long reviews, short reviews, I just respect the fact people stop by and actually take the time to comment. I always try to encourage others by doing it myself also almost daily :)
I am very happy how this has come together so far. And will work just as long on it untill its nearly perfect in my mind.
Thanks for your kind words bro, Coming from you means something!
And there it is man, this is a crazy good track now, love it, and fav'd.
Youre gonna make me.work harder if you keep puttin out tracks like this lol.
Looking forward to next...

I love this track, i can tell you put a lot into it. I was shocked to see youre splitting for awhile but if you think you have to then good luck my friend. Remember that music is an extension of yourself so if you start getting stressed about this exam then stop, work on a song (even if its never released) and resume your studies...maybe after the exam youll be surprised what you came up with....
Anyways, your song is amazing, you will be missed...come back soon and let me know when you do.
Peace
Dj Swindla
Well, it is different thats for sure. . Darkness i like we all know that, lol, i was waiting for a crazy drop but i think the song is pretty much solid. Its good to hear someone trying something different.
I will definitely be checking this once or twice more...
Good work man
Dude this is pretty cool. Its got that liquid drum and bass with a 70's funk soul in it. Pretty cool man. I liatened to it twice and found this track really grew on me. Great job man.
Dj Swindla
Duuuuude, awesome track. everything in this track..drums AND bass, both on point. i love that DnB is finally starting to get some proper tracks on this site...there is a few of us, raising awareness for the resistance and it makes me proud.
excellent job again bro, keep it up. i'll do my best to keep up with ya lol

Well i gotta say i love the darkness, and also the almost video game quality it has. I love originality and creativity and this has both. Awesome work my friend.
Thanks Swindla. I'm glad you liked it. Loopers over the years have commented on the video game quality of some of my tracks. I suppose I should look into that for real. I look forward to checking out your stuff. Regards - Dan
Hey man, nice music , good track. I like everything, if i could offer my advice about something though? Lower the volume on the vocals ....not to hide the vocals, theyre awesome, but if you equalize the volume with the rest of the beats and music then people will be able to crank this track up as loud as they want....and we both know we want them to pump it up!!!
I hope you dont take it as a total negative , its not meant to be bro...
