on My Light - with KnowKontrol and Steelyvibe by Monadology
Great song to dance to! I like the ethereal middle part, the vocal shone with the synths and they were a good combination. Overall, I did enjoy listening to this! well done.

on Love and Peace by silverman
The percussion is a unique take with the acoustics. I like how the strings work with the occasional synth. The change from 2:20 on is pleasant! And the jazz from about 3:00 was unexpected, but a delight to hear. Lovely!

This is so cool! You perfectly captured the acapella and he tone I was going for. All the parts fit exactly as how I imagined it. Awesome!!
Could you please send me a download of this? That would be great.

on By The Ocean - A Recording by BradoSanz
Such a unique piece! It's different to normal ambient tracks because you've made it interactive in a way where you can actually feel like you're by the ocean. Fun listen :)

This has some big cinematic hints to it. I also hear some synth influence and a unique drum pattern. Nice percussion! and great synths used. Nice listen!

imaginative ambience at the beginning. Matches well with the drums, which transitions nicely into a chilled, downtempo tune. Nice poetry! well done :)

on Through the windows of the night train by silverman
Really nice ambient work! I like the subtle hints and references to a train rain with the little samples you used (like the sound of steam and engine) Really cleverly done!
silverman
silverman replied 9th Jul 2015 - 10 years ago
The good news is there are no little samples of steam or engine anywhere in there!
White noise manipulated with a hi hat and a base drone manipulated with synths guitar and drums.
At 1.15 to 1.20 there is a small sample of an actual railway line noise in the back ground and that's it no other train stuff anywhere.
Thanks Ocean for commenting .... petty you couldn't do it in that lovely voice of yours many of us so enjoy.

on Xyilent - Theory of The Universe by XyIlent
I love spoken word. I think it was placed very well within the track. In a minimal style. I also love that wobbly synth in the background. I think it gives it a psychedelic infusion. Lovely work.
XyIlent
XyIlent replied 13th Jul 2015 - 10 years ago
Yeah a good spoken word is always awesome to work with, gives a track a little more character i think :)

and the wobbly synth, im glad you like it. I was thinking it was going to maybe sound annoying because its throughout most of the song.

Thanks! :)

I find this.. Energetic! Wow, right off the bat it's just so uplifting with that melodic synth. Like a trance. I think this would work really well as an intro - the build up is great!

on You can call it freedom feat ferryterry by promenade2239
Ferryterry's guitar awesomely soars through the synth, into the mix. As I listened, I pictured an old film-noir setting. Mysterious and chill. Great listen!
