When i noticed who's onboard for this collab I rushed to push the play button...and...was blown away!!...so this means I'm not here anymore...bye....:)

I mean...really...this is crazy good!!...The sickest sax I ever heard and the genius of Ed's guitar...ultimative killer
combination....everything else is top notch too!! Ofcourse I expected something exquisite but not this madness which really took me by surprise...Thank you guys for this tremendous treat!

This song grabbed my atention cause I like acoustic music very much and i must say this song is a pure little gem which only needs a bit of polishing. I would start with otherwise pleasing vocals which are just a tad too dry and a bit too much in the forefront. If you're interested for a sort of collab on this one, send me a PM and we can discuss of what could be done here to improve things. Sweet, sweet composition...you're the man of musicality with soulfulness! I think you produce songs which firstly touch yourself and then the others...your feeling is incredible and there is an unexplicable magic so forcefully displayed in this song! One thing I don't want to forget to mention is that the vocal-like synth which comes in at 0:59 reminds me on
Aphrodite's Child song "Rain And Tears" but i believe that the similarity in tone is coincidental (already happend to me when I was making "Pax Europea" and then extended it into a tribute which was by no means in the original plan for the song)and I really love it!:) One thing you won't believe...I think I even prefer the bonus part...such calmness and purity of the message! Another great work from you my friend!:)

I listen to the "Rain and Tears" song on youtube.
Found there a real cool old version. If not have already you must watch it.

But i dont think that there is something similar in the synth line and there song. But the song is realy great :)

I can real understand that you prefer this pure bonus version. In a way is it the version i would love to hear, when i walk down maybe a beach and some people i dont know sit there and one of them play on a guitar and another starts singing ....... that would be cool, ´cause that means that this song had sucsess :) ... no :) just a joke - that would be cool cause it is the spirit of this song in a way.

Absolutely impressive combination of LM loops into one powerful track and I'm saying this as someone who is not particulary familiar with the actual genre...All I can say is

Great choosing of vocals also. It's good to be back, I've missed you all and felt really lost without a functioning daw. It has been a horrible spring and early summer - but it's a long story.

Thanks for the appreciation! The genre doesn't matter and I'm so glad you liked the piano anyway! I really put my soul into that piano roll...maybe I can polish it some later on 'cause it's a little clumpsy sounding like this.

Absolutely great track! It sounds to me as a good example of progressive rock track (although the tag is a bit outdated nowadays)with some ingredients of industrial....good and captivating intro introduces us to this pleasant journey and there are some very exciting changes along the way (1:37 for example, to mention just one). Excellent work....in the 'fav' it goes!:)

Well hello, Orlando.

Thank you for the kind words. Progressive Rock is my preferred listening, but it is slowly dying. Yes, much of it is old and really,.... not good. Dream Theater is good, but they're a bit too much. Petrucci is quite a dick about his ability. Enough already!!! Tool has really let me down with the crazy spans of nothing. Fates Warning is good.

Yeah...I would say it is a bit popy, but apparently much more than that...a sort of fusion track, but who cares the categorisation....it's a good piece of music and quite a bit different from you! I like it a lot....good job!
