I can imagine this must have been a big challenge...such an intricate classical composition, but my ears and senses are telling me you did it with excellence....very admirable work!
Soooo sorry for not getting back sooner. Not sure how I missed you, but my apologies.
Anyway, thanks so much for your comment. Yeah, this one was a bit tricky with the odd time signature, but if you just stay with what you are comfortable with, you don't get better, so the challenge was good.
Yeah...I would say it is a bit popy, but apparently much more than that...a sort of fusion track, but who cares the categorisation....it's a good piece of music and quite a bit different from you! I like it a lot....good job!
Thanks Orland.
I'm trying to take on the advice that gets given and so went off and rearranged the base a little here and there and am pleased with it.
I might try stick some voices on it but boy I find it hard going working with those pellas.
Really appreciate that Orlando, glad you enjoyed. And I actually did nothing to those vocals, I kept as is. They sounded that good already. Glad I wasn't the only one who thought so. Except for the other contenders. Too bad I didn't place though. Maybe I'll win the next one. Sorry, just talking to myself. Thanks again!
The intro alone forecasts something really unique and the continuation only proves the case. Very creative piece of music which successfully combines different elements. Splendid
track!
Absolutely pleasing soft rock track to listen. Very solid instrumentation and some very nice effects used on the vocals!
Well done...keep up good work!
Hello Orlando! I've been quite pleased to receive so many compliments and support from you on my recent works, so thank you for that! Bowie has some of my favorite vocal tracks ever for sure, so it makes sense a bit of that would seep through eventually. Was worried that you decided not to favorite this track, as your name isn't there. Hope that is not the case! :)
I think music is capable of some amount of control. Mentally...physically.... a very real hypnotism may be my next track. Thanks again Orlando! an honor. peace
This reminds me on punk and new wave era in the late 70's and the early 80's...good to bring back some memories...and yes, the track is genuinely energetic!
This is a really good example of what chillout should be...
...this is classical representative of the genre, beautifuly crafted and executed! Well done!
This would be breakbeat in my opinion, but I don't think categorisation is so terribly important. All in all this is very nicely produced track and I believe there will be more…:)
Thank you very for you input Orlando, much appreciated.
"but I don't think categorization is so terribly important"
I agree, but is just good to know what it sounds like to others. For Example i would never have thought "Break Beat" and the reason why is that i usually don't listen to that genre, i have no idea about it's structure( although most electronic music is somewhat similar in that regard ) or what makes it tick.
The idea of producing it was unthinkable to me.
"All in all this is very nicely produced track"
Thanks I'm glad you think so ;)
So this must be your »PaxEuropea« antithesis work if I got it right...:) But we already discussed about that a little bit not long ago, didn't we...?^^ Brilliant work, I must say...the atmosphere you created here is haunting...Big well done to you!
Compliments and greetings to Thessaloniki______Orlando
Oooops! I'm guilty! Antithesis? Nice word. "PaxEuropea"? Maybe i can call it my influence. Thank you my friend for your time and your nice words. Respect. Greetings to beautiful Idrija also. Peace.
This one has a bit darker tone which is however not unexpected
since dealing with much personal unsecurities. The subject
matter appears to be expressed very authentic and sincere!
Very well done, maestro!
Thanks for this realy friendly comment.
To get a "very well done", from you, is realy a nice thing for me!
Personal things make music (words) mostly a bit deeper and authentic.
