Never a disappointing moment with
you Cru. This a very upbeat track
in a strange kinda way. That 808
makes you feel like the track is
going to be dark but the Piano
Vox and the underling rhythm
keep the track in a place
that's groovy.

When I make House tracks, I always have this dark sinister bassline, but when you start adding a melody and some pad chords you can really bring it back upbeat if you concentrate on the 7th and 9th chords. It's that contrast I always love in my songs.

OK, now I also get "Take a Chance" better. I do think if you merge the 2 tracks, maybe cut part of it but not much, then you have an absolutely epic track. Hats off man!

Cru, definitely hooked me with the entrance. This continuation is dynamic from top to bottom. The skip bounce @0.29 gives this a lighter feel then @.48 the brief axe business was a very cool transition then we’re back to chill again. So genius to heat things up then deep chill! I like that kinda stuff Cru. Well done on everything.

love this Cru that reverb is sic, the guitar is fly as fuk and the drums are solid, really chilled out love the synth work and the impacts and precussion would love a female voxs on this, great job mate

Thanks, fun fact, at 1:13 there was really no snare, but some Valhalla magic and we have a gated snare in the mix. A female vox would be nice. I was looking at that but ultimately decided not to add it at this time, but you are right that would work. Much appreciated is your visit mate, I hope life is moving well for you now!
